“Ordered item had to contact seller because item wasn’t despatched for over a week only then did I get an email to say they never had the item in stock and issued a refund where this should contacted myself straight away if the order could not be fulfilled.”

Having looked into this, it would appear that the retailer was not been able to fulfil your order on this occasion and so a refund has been issued. Usually, this occurs when a product goes out of stock soon after you ordered, or that the quality of the product wasn't right so they could not send it. If this does happen we ask that our retail partners contact our customers directly to inform them of the issue. “Sent the wromg item. Returns process requres me to pay unless I follow a convoluted process with TOWER. They claim an exchange was possible but the process does not appear to allow it. Due to the nature of the initial problem without further interaction it is likely the exchange pair will also be incorrect. I will therefore be returning the item and sourcing it from a more reliable vendor.”

“After placing order and waiting 5 days days I received an email saying it was out of stock and a refund was mentioned. Another 5 days no refund. In the past I have had no problems with orders so I hope this is a one off occurrence.”
