“Sent the wromg item. Returns process requres me to pay unless I follow a convoluted process with TOWER. They claim an exchange was possible but the process does not appear to allow it. Due to the nature of the initial problem without further interaction it is likely the exchange pair will also be incorrect. I will therefore be returning the item and sourcing it from a more reliable vendor.”

“After placing order and waiting 5 days days I received an email saying it was out of stock and a refund was mentioned. Another 5 days no refund. In the past I have had no problems with orders so I hope this is a one off occurrence.”

“Love the Sales has many branded mens clothing that I have been shopping around for, however other retailers did not have the larger sizes. I prefer my clothes to have a little extra room and be slightly baggy fitting so I will shop again at Love the Sales LTD. Please allow Blue Light Card holders to use discount code more than just once. As I only ordered 1 item on my first order and used my discount code then. Other sites allow multiple discount codes via the Blue Light Card App.”

“I have always been delighted with all of the clothing and shoes that I have bought from lovethesales. Everything has been in first rate condition despite the large savings associated with sale items. While their emails are frequent they are tailored to you although it pays to look at their website generally. Good delivery times with adequate but only necessary packaging.”

“I was sent incorrect trousers, despite filtering on the right size, then ordering, only to receive something significantly smaller… only to be told… its size 46, not a 46”. The mistake was yours. Ron have since been forced to pester to get not only my initial postage charge back, but also my return postage charge, which I was told I would receive back and have now been told that you don’t want to. Appalling service and have N en dealt with in bad faith since.”
