“I am so pleased with my order! It got here in less than a week and I love it. I am having a hard time stopping myself from giving it to him before Valentines Day because I am absolutely tickled pink about it. I was a little hesitant about ordering from a sponsored add from Facebook. But I read the reviews and most all were good, so I went with for it and I am so glad I did. My husband with be impressed.”

“I ordered Jan 13 and got it Jan 19! Got to admit I was scared after seeing some negative reviews but mine was delivered through Canada post. Maybe services had issues or those reviews are dishonest. It was a little pricey but definitely worth it! The print and quality was just as on the website. 11/10 recommend!”

“I’m honestly extremely impressed with everything. The book turned out AMAZING. The hard cover/pages are great quality and the pictures turned out even better than the electronic version. It’s the perfect size too. The shipping only took 7 days and I live in Canada. I just don’t know how I’m gonna be able to wait 3 weeks to give it to my boyfriend I just love it so much! I 10/10 recommend.”

“My experience was actually amazing. I purchased the hardcover book, 40 pages, while it was on sale a week or so after after Christmas. It arrived two days earlier than it said it would and that was with standard shipping. (It arrived one week after I placed the order. It had said it would take 9 days, but only took 7.) I bought it for my husband! He loves sweet and well thought out gifts like this and this was something that made us both really happy. He has it on display right now actually. I may want to make another one in the future if possible, but we'll see. On another note, I am surprised and sorry that so many people here had a negative experience.”

“I was really surprised I had a great experience after some of negative reviews I read however, I can’t complain about the service I received. My package was delivered (to Toronto, Canada) earlier than I expected and the quality is great. My girlfriend absolutely love the book and still keeps it on her nightstand.”

“Absolutely loved my book. My first order got lost in transit, after contacting customer support they reprinted and sent me a replacement copy within four days. The book is beautiful and vibrant. Customer service was friendly and accommodating.”

“My husband loved the book I made for him, the quality of the book and the pages are excellent quality. The customer service was also fantastic. I made a spelling error after I sent the book in and I was able to correct it. I definitely would recommend this book. I was able to capture our story to date in a book, it was awesome.”

“I was a little concerned about getting a book because of some of the negative reviews here. However, I loved the idea and decided to go with it. I had a lot of fun creating the avatars for my girlfriend and me (made a book for our first anniversary). The book is incredibly customizable, but they also do a great job of setting up the book initially with some brief questions. While shipping appeared to be a concern, I chose the express delivery, and even though it said it would not show up for 10 business days, I got it in 2! (and I live in Canada). The book came and was smaller than I thought, but I'm happy with this, it's the perfect size. The pages are beautiful and well printed, the book is great quality. My girlfriend cried and absolutely loves the gift, so I'm sold. Thanks lovebook for the great idea, I hope more people do it, so maybe the prices could go down.”

“Great gift. i made one for our 1 year anniversary with my partner. The website is easy, will save your progress and its pretty intuitionnal, but i suggest to take your time becuse theres ALOT of modifications and stuff you can costumize! The book is professionnal, a little small but great quality, the colors are nice the cover is sturdy and the gift packaging is cute, stylish and simple - I would recomande tot he guys out there that hate wrapping! The only thing is the shipping time. I was smart and read reviews about how it took longer then expected to receive, I got mine in 20 days - 14 business days. Got here the day before the event! I think this is a GREAT gift if you plan accordingly, do not make this a last minute idea, you will get it late and be disapointed. if you order it a month in advance, I am sure you will be fine and make your love ones happy :)”

“Was skeptical about ordering a LoveBook because of the poor reviews on delivery and formatting. However I am extremely happy with how everything came out! I ordered a hard cover (55 pages), very good quality. Everything was formatted correctly. Ordered May 23rd, received June 1st.”

“My fiancé said this was the best gift I've ever given him! I took way too long writing the content and was worried it wouldn't make it on time for his birthday. I emailed customer service and Connor was so nice. He emailed the printer, asked it to be expedited, and it came just in time. thank you!”

“I highly recommend ordering a book! I ordered the hardcover book for me and my boyfriend's 5th anniversary. It is really easy and fun to customize the way me and my boyfriend looked and the page designs! The color and book I received is exactly how it looks when you review it before purchasing. I purchased my book on April 23rd and the expected delivery date was May 4th but I got it sooner than expected on April 28th! The color of the pages are just as displayed. I was skeptical about ordering it at first but it was so worth it! I'll definitely be purchasing more books again.”

“This was the best business transaction I ever done on the internet. I received my book by FedEx and super early. I had one made for my husband and I 25th wedding anniversary. It fit us perfectly and he was so excited from the idea and the packaging he couldn't wait to open it. Honestly it looks so much better in person then when you order it. “Love my book. I had a problem with my post office and they accidentally returned my book to sender. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. They remade the book for free and even gave me one day shipping so I could get it on time for no extra charge. Overall great quality gift and great customer service”
