Slow shipping, unresponsive live chat agents and online customer service contact page. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service about my order status and only received canned responses from chat agents. Their shipping timeline is clearly not accurate. My order did not even ship out until 6 days after I placed it. I have no problem with lead times but the company offers no way to track what is happening with your order. The company will respond to a negative review you leave on a site, but has yet to answer any customer support service ticketed I placed on their website. They also used the lowest budget DHL e-commerce shipping that is rife with delays and issues. I would strongly advise you to find another company to buy from, there are many options in this industry.

I've been a Love Honey customer for years but beware it looks like they've gone downhill in terms of their customer service. So it will be a last for me. I purchased some products from Love Honey on 3rd July and they didn't arrive until 10th July, after me chasing and chasing. It's supposed to be first class delivery. And when they did arrived I looked at the products and could see that they were bad quality (no wonder they were on sale). So, I packaged it all up and returned the products promptly. A week went by and I hadn't heard back from Love Honey, so I reached out to them to find out what was going on with my refund. They told me that as the packages had been open I was not eligible for a refund. Which makes no sense, as they clearly hadn't been used, and if you don't open the package, how are you supposed to know what the product looks like? So, I said in this case if you are refusing me a refund, please return the products back to me. As it is all worth £195. To which they replied saying, they had disposed of the products. I then said please could you provide photographic or video evidence and they said, no they couldn't as they've already disposed of them. I have no idea how this is acceptable, they are not refunding, sending the items back or even showing any proof that they have disposed of the items. So now I'm short of £195 with nothing to show for it. SO, I WARN YOU, DO NOT SHOP AT LOVE Honey, Purely a scam.

Merchandise was shabby and wrong sizes so i returned the items to their warehouse and still have not received any refund for returned merchandise. This is out and out fraud. Do not buy from this company. They have no customer service nor reply to emails. Worst online company I've dealt with.

Horrible service. I paid for 1 day shipping, yet after 3 days the product hasnt even been shipped yet. Customer service just lies and says it is shipped but is running late. However, FedEx has provided documentation showing they have yet to receive the package. LoveHoney lies.

Do not buy the Lovehoney Mains Powered Classic Metallic Magic Wand, it set on fire after being turned off using the switch on the wand. This could have injured or killed someone, or set the house on fire. The 24/7 contact function is also greatly misleading. There was no one on the phone, and even the chat function is just a bot.

1st time buyer with this company. Customer service is great however, why use the slowest carrier, DHL? My package was expected on 12/23/2022 and still no package, tracking hasn't update either since it dispatched, it's stuck en route. They won't issue a refund until 12/30/2022, I'm disputing the charges and this company has lost my business.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. If you make the slightest error, they will do nothing to help you. Considering the sensitivity of their products, this is outrageous service. BE WARNED. Use the company AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Ordered items from Lovehoney on 1/7/2022 in which they did not even begin to ship until 1/10/2022. I still have not received my items that I paid for and this is the LAST time I will use Lovehoney. I can buy items from China that get here in less time than Lovehoney.

I've ordered two items a couple of days ago and upon delivery the address could not be found therefore the item went back to lovehoney. A couple of hours after (bear in mind that my package was still packed in London) I contacted lovehoney just to be told that one of my items was now out of stock and all I could do was to accept a refund. Surely they could have resent it and its just absurd that a purchased item can be sold to someone else the same day that the delivery went wrong. This was not the customer service I was expecting seeing the reviews. I will accept the refund but I won't buy from them again.

They are definitely NOT the happiness people. I was happily waited almost a week for my order which I was so excited to receive, only to realise it was never dispatched, even though my credit card was debited They wanted me to send all my personal details via email before completing my order. they requested me to send my full name address DOB and credit card details all in a reply email, even though this information was entered during the secure checkout payment process. When I called to discuss this with them, I received a very rude employee named Mark who acused me of swearing at him when I was talking to him professionally. so I cancelled my order and asked for refund. You just lost a potential regular customer and mu first order was a big one. I will also tell anyone who listens about your not so superb customer service.

Do not use this mob There products are forever faulty and there customer service is just as bad I have switched to Ann summers and there products are by comparison far far superior This mob have taken £120 from me for faulty products and then went totally deaf when I tried to get a replacement Save your money Use Ann summers whose products are far superior

Terrible shipping times and prices. Have waiting almost 10 days for my order. Their shipping times and pricing are ridiculous considering I can go to most any other site and get free shipping thats super quick as well. Will never buy from here again.

I wanted to order. Mark was not helpful when I received an error. I phoned after using the chat line with him. He told me it was my error even though it said online it was there’s. I phoned the line and after 3 attempts I got Jasmine. She told me that because I was rude to Mark then she had nothing to say to me. I was just frustrated with the lack of service. So between them I will never order from them.

Having ordered late on friday night, paying for ONE DAY delivery, 24 hour tracked and not receiving the item until 3 days later is a rip off, especially when I had already qualified for free standard delivery. Thier customer service was appalling, I was made to feel stupid that I hadnt read in between the lines by the other option of "guaranteed sunday delivery". I was basically told by "Lydia" to go shop elsewhere in future if I want more reliable service. Absolute joke.

I've purchased several toys, all of them in the expensive range of toys, and all of them had issues. One of the items, a Lelo Billy has been replaced two times and now when a third fault has become apparent Lovehoney refused to accept a return for it because of their 365 day return policy. I've tried to explain that the toy stayed with me much less than an year because of the returns and also that I'am requesting warranty, not a return which should comply with EU directive 1999/44/EC but the very unfriendly and unprofessional customer support refused to honour the law. So they got reported to the EU consumer commission. Avoid this monkey business.
