I ordered a package from Love Honey on the 16th and it was supposed to be here by the 21st. I have had no updates on its whereabouts since the 19th. To preface, it’s currently April 24th, and the last known location was my home towns distribution centre. For 5 days, I have had no changes or delivery. Crazy how it took less than 24 hours to go from UK —> Canada, but takes >4 days to arrive at my front door. Further, I contacted Love Honey, and they said to contact the carrier directly. Upon contacting the carrier, they sent me back to LoveHoney. My second time contacting LoveHoney, they told me a package isnt considered lost till 7 working days after the scheduled arrival. The customer service has not been helpful, shipping is unreliable, they won’t issue a refund or take any responsibility, saying it’s “out of their control”. If you are thinking about ordering from this company, I recommend NOT. It’s almost worth the extra cost buying at another establishment, just to ACTUALLY get the package.

I recently needed 2 replacement chargers but there is no clear info on the products to say exactly which one is correct. I ended up buying 2 that were the wrong size.. the first from Amazon and the second one from yourselves - after googling the serial number to try find the right charger. Wasted time and money. Can you please make a note on the products of the correct replacement?

I received 3 outfits 2 of which did not remotely fit. Upon trying to return them the experience has not only been horrible, but they have not refunded me. I am extremely exhausted dealing with this company. Buyer beware.

I am writing to express my disappointment with how my return was handled. I returned a product that was completely unopened and unused, yet it was categorized as if it had been opened, which I still do not understand. Instead of a proper refund, I was issued a gift voucher valid for 90 days. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it around day 100, it was no longer honored. I contacted customer service multiple times, explained the situation clearly, and spent many hours in chat trying to resolve this. The proposed solution was a 15 percent discount, despite the fact that I originally had a 30 credit, and the item I wanted to purchase cost 25. The discount offered was therefore negligible and did not address the core issue. What is most frustrating is not just the outcome, but the lack of flexibility and fairness, especially given that the product was never opened. I expected better customer care and a more reasonable resolution.

Awful customer service which extremely long waits between emails. They sent me the incorrect sizes items and refused to send me the correct size even though it was their F up. Really bad service. Avoid these people like the plague!

This company's customer service is absolutely horrible. Less than 12 hours after placing my order before it shipped or was processed I requested the order to be canceled. Canceling the order just seems to have been to inconvenient for the company and instead they would rather increase carbon footprint and ship an item a customer does not want hoping they don't return it. On instagram it shows that your customer service is 24/7 hours via chat, yet it is not. There is only a chat bot that does not have any actual ability to help. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Bought a heavy item. Packaging was terrible. 1 layer of thin cardboard and 1 layer of brown tape. This came open so my neighbours could see everything. Only buy from here if you would like your neighbours to see whats inside.

Returned my item tracked a month ago. Not had a refund or heard back from them despite two emails to customer service. Clothes super cheap and way too small.

I placed my first order on this site 2 weeks ago and yet to receive my merchandise! My tracking update said it was delivered to my local post office a week ago, and ever since it says it's been transferred to another facility a day will be delayed. I contacted customer service so many times about this issue and now have asked for e refund since it obviously went somewhere else now. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with anywhere!! They said they have to wait to see if it's delivered when it's already been 2 weeks since placing my order. This is totally unacceptable if they can't find my package to make me wait for who knows how long before I get a refund, which I'm not even sure i will ever get now. Do not order from this company for anything, there is comparable sites that sell the same items and you will receive your order in 3 -5 days everytime!! Worst experience ever of ordering items online for 30 years!!

Do not order from this company. Ordered 4 items. One showed up completely defective and obviously had been opened before. Have contacted customer service multiple times with no response.

They would not correct the incorrect address before my package was delivered. They said if the package was returned they would refund me my money. If you contact the carrier they tell you the merchant must contact them to fix the address. Lovehoney stops caring when they get your money!

I purchased a shades of grey greedy girl vibrator. It came to me in a ripped box in a used state. Honestly, it was super gross. My first inclination was to throw it away. Who wants that nastiness in their bedroom? Lovehoney will not refund my money because I didn't take a pic first. Sorry, I'm gen x, I don't live in my phone. A few days later Trustpilot sent me a request to review my experience. I started reading the reviews and someone had the same experience I did with the same toy! Instead of taking this to heart and reviewing their QA process, Lovehoney petitioned Trustpilot to remove the reviews instead. BUYER BEWARE.

Was looking forward to receiving my new SpunkMaster 3000. Waited in all morning and had no sign of it so I took the dog for a walk, I turn the corner and find the Delivery Man in the back of his van pummelling his Starfish to bits with it !. Needless to say I refused to take it even after he cleaned it with sanitiser and a baby wipe!. So if you’re driving the red van after Kinky Kev on the 9th October make sure you clean the back as he left a Colon Calling Card!

Worthless products and they don't honor their return policy. Even when they accepted to refund one of the items purchased, they refunded the CHEAPER one even though they sent me labels to return both. They will just steal your money! Stay Away!

Lied to by Customer services Checked out via googlepay which used my incorrect address. Wasn't given a chance to confirm it. Contacted within 2 hours when I read the order email and realised and CS agent claimed it had been shipped at 8pm at night...which seemed unrealistic at best but I took their word. Was told to redirect it which failed and now a parcel with personal items is at a strangers address with my name on it. Checked the tracking shows it wasnt posted till 7:10am the following day which means I was lied to about the parcel already being posted. Any reasonable company will let you cancel an order with ample notice I feel that 11 hours prior to the item being posted is more than enough time. More than anything I don't apprecaite being lied to to get me off the chat
