“Although the item I purchased was lovely, I was really disappointed in the customer service. I ordered the item on the 14th April for a Communion on the 6th May. I emailed on the 29th April as I still hadn’t heard anything. I got no reply and emailed again on the 2nd May explaining that I needed it for the 6th. I then received a standard email on the 4th saying my item had been dispatched, not even a sorry for the delay or and explanation on why my item was only being dispatched on that day. I received the item on the 5th May via Royal Mail and it was just luck that my husband was there to receive it or else it would’ve went back to the depot and I wouldn’t have been able to pick it up until the next day. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anything else from here.”

“Avoid this company at all costs, ordered on the 24th December a birthday present for a friend, paid to have faster delivery , heard nothing form the company by the 4th January so started to email, poor customer service responses. Still not able to tell me when my items would be processed by the 10th January I cancelled the order, only partial refund was sent I requested the remainder which was sent but then the original main refund failed and on the 16th of January I’m still waiting …..”
