“Quite hard to write a review when you haven’t received the gift. I know it’s not always the sellers the fault but I have other gifts dispatched using the same delivery method which arrived in time. I paid for premium delivery as well, I do understand that delays happen but I was told it would arrive on the 23rd and it is now the 29th and I still haven’t received anything. So I find it harder it to rate this more than 2 stars. Do not over promise and under deliver.”

“Unfortunately I wasn’t sent the correct photo album that I ordered- customer services offered a refund but as of yet not received, which is to be expected with the Christmas holidays. Customer services were very prompt in answering my concerns- the product was beautiful but not what I had ordered, however I would recommend this company and I will order again. My album that I ordered had sleeves but I received one without sleeves.”

“Ordered 2 matching, personalised mugs. The packaging was damaged and when I opened it, one of the handles was broken off and the handle itself wasn’t even in the packaging. Disappointed as it was a gift for a couple but only one got theirs.”
