“Absolutely love the friendship bracelets,bought for my two grandsons to give to their Mummy for her birthday. later this month. The houses they are in at school are represented by the dragonfly and the bee which make these bracelets extra special. Two very happy little boys. Wonderful quality.”

“Bought a bracelet as an eighteenth present. It has arrived and is faulty. I had an email stating somebody would be in contact within 24 hours and that was one week ago. I have since emailed again to which no response. Sorely disappointed in this customer service. And now stuck in a position where I do not have a present as I'm not willing to give a faulty bracelet as a gift. Expecting somebody to respond at some point to refund the bracelet before I take this further.”
