“Incredible! Hands down the best skin products I've used to date. I have a habit of switching brands when I run out of stuff but I'm definitely sticking with this. It's the first time I've noticed an actual difference to my skin, it's got a new glow and my breakouts seem a thing of the past. Love eveything about the brand too. Major girl power to Lucy for making such a success of it and doing it with ethically sourced products. It's a win win!”

“I ordered the natural deodorant because I was getting a bit of a rash under my arms from my current deodorant. I absolutely love the Lucy Bee one. It’s stopped the rash and smells lovely and fresh. BUT I wouldn’t rely on it if you’re a particularly sweaty person or you’re going to do a really sweaty workout and not going to shower straight after. It also does leave white marks on your clothes (these do wash out so not like normal yellow stains you get from ‘normal’ deodorants), so be careful wearing black. But definitely try it if you want to do better by the environment and put natural products on your skin.”

Hi Sophie, thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear that you are enjoying the fresh scent of our deodorant, and that your rash has gone from your underarms - this is fantastic. Sorry that you haven't got on with the deodorant whilst working out. This could be your body getting used to using a natural deodorant, also known as a transition period. Anti-perspirants use aluminium-based compounds to temporarily block pores to stop you sweating, whereas a deodorant allows your body to sweat and should cover any odour. Our deodorant uses micro silver, an antibacterial, as well as sodium bicarbonate to help combat odour. Our deodorant is best used on freshly washed, dry armpits. Sorry to also hear that you are getting a mark on your clothes, you please only need to apply a thin layer of our deodorant, this should stop the marks. “I am a 50 Asian woman with naturally oily skin and use no makeup. I used the cleanser and moisturiser for a couple of weeks but found the products too heavy for my skin type. It made my skin too oily. I no longer use the cleanser. I use the moisturiser a couple of times a week but as part of my night routine. The toner is very good and I use it in the morning and evening”

“Love these products. Would be good to have a bigger bottle of toner. However find that the face cream tube gets holes in it after a while, which can be sharp due to material.”

Thank you for your review, we are so happy that you are enjoying the skincare. Thank you for your feedback re: size of the tonic. We take all feedback on board, and different sizes is something we will look into. Our cleansing cream comes in an aluminium tube - we've used this because of its environmentally-friendly properties, ie. it can be easily recycled time and time again. Something to note with aluminium is that although it's very flexible, it can soften and break if creased and so we recommend squeezing from the end to get the product out, keeping the tube flat and smooth. “My first order of the organic skincare collection and Ylang ylang jasmine and cedarwood soap. Arrived promptly and the products are lovely.
