“Excellent product but felt £15 postage was very expensive would have put me off purchasing had it not been a Christmas present request. It did however arrive very quickly. Would re purchase if postage comes down.”

Hi Yasmin, thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear your order arrived quickly, but sorry to hear of your frustration with the postage cost. We use UPS tracked service for all orders and for delivery to some postcodes, UPS add an extended area surcharge. Lucy Bee contribute £8 towards shipping if the order is over £25. We fully appreciate that this surcharge makes delivery expensive and have asked UPS to review their charge. Please know that we do not add anything extra to the delivery fee, including the cost of packaging materials. We always use a tracked delivery service so that we and you can trace your order. We’re a small, family business and value our customers and we understand your frustration. We always aim to be as accommodating as we can and I’m really sorry that at the moment, this is the only option we have to ship to you. “I bought the full box of products, on Black Friday. I love all things Lucy Bee, the tonic took a little while to settle with my skin (had a lot to cleanse!) but once used regularly it’s great. The deodorant has surprised me the most as it works so well. The tan is not like one I’ve used before (I tan a lot) and smells great. The mitt for the tan is also great and I think needed as all my other tan mitts are not as good. I highly recommend Lucy Bee products”

Hi Rachel, I’m really sorry to see that you haven’t received your order yet, and please know that we’re always available for any queries, especially if you haven’t received your expected order. We sent this out on Monday 30th November, the day after you’d ordered, via UPS and looking at the tracking UPS were unable to deliver to your address on 1st Dec. and so this was delivered to an access point for you to collect. In addition to the tracking information, UPS should also have left a card letting you know this and I apologise on their behalf if this wasn’t the case. I can see that the parcel is still at the UPS Access point and is at the point where it will be returned back to us, as soon as we were made aware that you hadn’t received your order my colleague Petrina sent you an email on Friday with where it is being held – if you can’t find this email please email us on hello@lucybee.com and we can send it to you again, or you can also find where it is being held if you check your tracking information, Daisy

“I have purchased many products from Lucy Bee and love them all.I purchased the soap collection as a gift for my sister in law as she used a bar of my Lucy Bee and it really reduced the Eczema flare up on her hands and has made a massive difference so I am sure she is going to be delighted with the set 😃”

“I’ve been using these products for a year or so now and absolutely love them. I love the fact that they are cruelty free and unscented. They really work too. My skin is clear and soft, in really good condition. I also really love the ethos of the company and the fact that it’s a family business. The service is outstanding - products are delivered super quickly and queries are answered immediately.”

“Having always failed miserably with doing my own fake tan I was quite sceptical about using the tanning drops. I gave it ago and never looked back, I grabbed myself a bargain on black friday and bought the full set. Love the product and the packaging. Great feedback from Lucy Bee herself.”
