“Received a Bulova as a gift a couple of years ago, it never held a winding correctly. My Leatherback came out of the box fully wound and has not lost a second since I strapped it on. The Bulova was twice as expensive and not nearly as functional and far more fragile.”

“I have had Luminox watches for about 20 years now. I own 6 of them. 2 of them have been used in Belizean waters while fishing, swimming snorkeling, etc. in excess of 20 years. A good cold water wash with a little Dawn cleans them and ready for the next day. They were used 100 days or more in high risk situations, firearms training, and daily wear. Returned to Saltzman's Watches in Rhode Island for service and batteries and they're ready for more abuse. Great watches at a great price for rugged use.”
