“Unfortunately one of the products I ordered had been packaged (from manufacturer) with some missing parts. I alerted Lux, they called back really quick, grabbed the missing bits from another packet and expressed posted at their expense.”

“For whatever reason, the website added the correct bike to cart, but on the invoice was a bike I hadn't ordered. One quick phone call, and all was set right. The bloke I spoke to on the phone (forgot his name, sorry!) was very polite and professional. Cheers!”
