“I ordered a new chain and Lube on a monday and paid $21 for express freight. there was a count down saying order within next 4 hours to get freighted that day. The items then didnt get packed and shipped until the next day, then was another 2 days freight arriving on Thursday. The freight company origonally said it would be arriving friday which is hardly "Express". I have ordered the chain for using at state champs and needed it on the friday, so thankfully it did arrive earlier than it was origonally stated by the freight company, but I would hardly call it "Express freight" and if it was even just Aupost standard it would have most likely arrived faster or without question in the same time as it did after paying for fast freight. That being said the product and price was good, and the website communication was also good. I will buy again form the company because I like to support companies that support grassroot sport, but I definatley wouldnt buy again if I needed something quickly like I did in this situation.”

“I’m based in New Zealand, so I was initially a bit hesitant about ordering from LUXBMX Australia, especially wondering how long the shipping would take. But I was pleasantly surprised! I placed my order on Friday, and it arrived here in New Zealand by Tuesday — super fast shipping! The whole experience was easy and hassle-free. Really happy with the service and delivery time. “Awesome range of products, great prices, very competitive pricing compared to ther online stores, and the cost of shipping to NZ is super reasonable! Thanks heaps to the LUX BMX team, stellar service! My two boys are right into their freestyle BMX's, and custom buiding bikes also, so we often buy parts or new bits and pieces they need, this allows them to be out in the workshop doing what they love, better than being stuck on the X-Box!
