Hey Chris, We are sincerely sorry that the bike was dispatched to you without first checking it over for any issues. This fault occurred purely as we were trying to dispatch your pre-ordered bike the second we received it. The outcome leading to you receiving the bike in Sydney, within 19hrs of us receiving it here in Brisbane. Regardless to say, we do appreciate your disappointment in receiving something you are not 100% stoked with. We offered a you 100% refund on the return of the bike (inclusive of shipping) and even sent you a prepaid return shipping label you wouldn't be out of pocket sending the bike back. We also offered you a credit or refund to the value of $250 dollars as compensation for the slight blemish on the frame paint and small amount of paint damage on the spokes. This offer is still available to you as you have chosen to keep the bike. You are more then welcome to your opinions of LUXBMX and Meybo, and we will never stop striving to offer the best experience and service there is when it comes to BMX. We love this culture and all of it's people and I hope that you can understand we aren't trying to do anything sinister. Thanks again for your support, and review, we appreciate all feedback good and bad and can only use it to make LUXBMX the best bike shop on earth. While we are sincerely sorry you were disappointed in your experience with us, we hope you can still find some stoke in BMX. Tim, Ev and rest of the LUXBMX crew.

“Always a pleasure to deal with these guys. Unfortunatley l didn't do my homework and ordered a freewheel that has the incorrect thread. I didn't realise it would be so hard to find a 14t freewheel with a 35mm inner thread. If you have any ideas l'd be happy to hear them. Cheers guys, will be back to buy more gear!!!”
