LUXBMX order LX158862 Very bad shopping experience 1. When placing the order, you suggested that I change the model due to inventory issues, and I accepted the change of style 2. The Invoice and Order record are different, you said it was a system problem, and did not charge me any extra fees. 3. I told you that you sent the wrong product, but you replied that you did not send the wrong product. The photos have been sent to you, you can judge your mistakes by yourself I sent three emails but did not reply to me, but I made two overseas calls from Taiwan to Australia this morning, and your switchboard system also had problems. Whether I pressed 1 or 2, the call was hung up directly I buy Bike or Motorcycle rleated products all over the world, and this is the first time I encounter this. I originally liked your brand, but if this is the case, I will choose to buy it somewhere else.

Hi Jihsin, I'm sorry for the delayed response's. I just tried to call you you but the Taiwanese number on your account is blocked for some reason. 1. The change of the helmet was simply for the newer model. Technically, it is exactly the same as the one you purchased, it just had a different SKU (item number). 2. When we updated your invoice to the newer model, the exchange rate was in your favour, making the newer model $12 cheaper for you. As the price was the same on our end we couldn't see it. I've refunded you the difference. 3. I can confirm the you have received the correct Mono Steel Blue pants you had ordered. They have the red printed section above the knee, to match the red on the Mono Steel Blue jersey. The charcoal pants have a white logo above the knee and no red at all. Once again, I am sorry for not being able to reach us by phone, and for the time it took me to get back to you. We are a pretty small team and have been a little stretched the last few days. Ev
