“Parts sent to NewZealand and arrived super fast. One had a minor defect, I used the chat feature on the website and they sent a replacement quickly and free of charge. Easy to deal with and will order again.”

“Items listed as in stock weren't in stock , Took 4 days just to post the order and didn't give me the items I ordered after the wait Orders weren't combined as requested, Spam calling my phone for absolutely no reason , I wish I spent my money elsewhere.”

Hey Corey, Sorry about the experience you had with us. We have been communicating with you via email with multiple members of the team. After the initial stock error we encountered and made you aware of, we changed the spacers to the ones you requested and sent the whole order on one tracking number. The reason there were two boxes is that you have ordered enough parts to warrant sending in two packages for the most efficient postage. We subsidise a lot of the shipping here, so this is something we need to do to be able to provide a fast, affordable shipping option. Some items listed on our site may be located with our suppliers with lead times displayed on the listings and again at cart. For your case, one item you selected was listed with "add to cart: leaves store in 4-8 business days, meaning it would take between 4-8 business days to be shipped to us prior to our dispatch. We tried to call you 2 times to get in touch with you to discuss your stock error, and we apologise for this as we appreicate not everyone wants to talk to people on the phone. We appreciate the feedback, but wanted to clear up what has happened here.
