“Can't fault these guys, i had a few issues adding things to cart these guys sorted it out really fast, responded to my messages quite promptly. Delivery of my items was impressive time wise. Was a very pleasant experience all in all Can't leave a product review at the moment as they were Christmas presents for my son”

“The lux crew were excellent over the phone helping me to lock in the size for my 4y/o. Delivery was fast. Bike helmet and accessories all excellent. I had some bike grease available at home, it would be good to inform buyers that's needed for assembly. A slight negative is the front brake. On the wtp seed we ordered there were no instructions (physically in the bike box, or available online on lux or wtp sites). I ended up snapping it off and just running with the rear. I realise fronts are not common for bmx. If front brakes are provided it would be nice to have guidance on how to install. Would definitely use lux against - great service.”
