“Really great customer service, from the beginning when I first ordered the frame on a pre -order, to the end when the frame was dispatched and received. The guys I dealt with (Dave and Evan) where very helpful and easy to deal with. I will recommend LUXBMX to friends and will be buying stuff again from you in the future.”

“Online store has the largest range available I have found and consistently stocks items other stores do not have/have slow replacement times for. The staff are friendly and very helpful, delivery times are insanely good (I live in Victoria), I won't be shopping anywhere else. Their service is way above benchmark across any industry.”
