“I was unsure about ordering from a company I knew nothing about on the other side of the world but I had a very specific idea of the bars I wanted and LuxBMX were the only ones I could find that had them. I placed my order and soon got a confirmation email including a picture of a guy taking my order and he looked like a regular BMX guy like myself and felt better. Then I received another email confirming my bars had been shipped and there was another picture of a guy which for some reason really put me at ease. Then I received a call less than a week after placing my order and it was my bars at the local post office!!!! So quick and personal service for internet shopping I'll definitely be using these guys again!!”

“Great communication from the store and my new cranks and pedals arrived extremely quickly considering i live in W.A. (Plenty of local bike shops but I prefer to buy from lux as your prices and service is the best ive found in Australia)”
