Headset was done up so tight that it had collapsed the bottom bearing the krank was also way to tight and the rear hub pretty bad obviously it was put together by someone who had no idea not good enough for a shop that is advertised as a bmx shop absolutely no quality control

Payed for express came late due to warehouse problems , was no point in paying express

Hey Axel, Your order was placed on Sunday and sent express on Monday. It looks like your order was delivered Wednesday. While Australia post will generally deliver next day to metro areas different factors can affect this. I've applied a credit for the shipping amount to your account to make up for the extra day. In the future let us know directly so we can follow up with AusPost and see why it wasn't delivered next day. We're a bunch of riders like you and we're super passionate about what we do so it definitely bums us out to get reviews like this! Mitch.

2 reasons. 1. I ordered at 2pm and it didn't get sent out until the next day even though it said orders before 4pm will be sent the same day, I even chose parts that were in stock without the 1-2 buisness day orders. 2. I didn't get my shout out on instagram

Sent me a badly damaged bike so I lost $400 on the purchase never will I buy from luxbmx again and if anyone asks I will tell them of my horrible experience with luxbmx

The wheel is great I?ve had another order since then and it was brown fly Ruben pedals and I got sent white. That?s not even close almost complete opposite so that pissed me off so I will be using other places for my future orders if they can?t get that right

Hey James, That's no good to hear you didn't receive the correct items. If you ever have any issues like that, hit us up immediately via email or phone and we can sort it out for you right away. You should have received a replacement set of pedals and a DVD by now.

Ordered on 10/11/17 and received on 10/31/17, after customs issues. The worst thing of all is that when the delivery driver came, i gotta pay ?33 to the delivery service "Chronopost" for customs clearance. So i paid ?60 + 33= ?93 in total for a ?45 piece !

We are sincerely sorry that the your experience with us wasn't so positive. As customs charges vary widely from country to country it is the sole responsibility of the buyer/importer to pay any import duties, customs or taxes that the item my incur. This is clearly outlined on the product listing on the item you purchased as well as in our shipping policy. https://www.luxbmx.com/shipping-policy/ In your case it looks like the order took 4 business to arrive in Paris but then customs held it for duty charges until the 30th.
