Hey Nathan, Sorry to hear you have not received your products as yet. I have created an inquiry with Australia Post to get to the bottom of this delay. Hopefully, we can get you your parts asap. We do know they are experiencing some delays due to the Coronavirus but working as hard as they can to keep up with deliveries. I would usually leave 5 stars cause all my previous orders have been on time but a month and a half of not being able to ride cause my order hadn?t arrived was just frustrating

Hi Sharn, We apologise for the time it had taken to get the tyres out to you. From checking our records, it looks as if AusPost had lost the original order, once we had picked up that it was lost, we had dispatched a replacement pair. The tracking on the replacements has shown that it only took four days to reach you. We thank you for your understanding.

Sorry guys but this was not the best experience The product is fine But I paid $21 for express delivery But it took 14 days I ordered it with 7 days before Xmas So it should have had plenty of time Completely missed Xmas This was a major present for my 8yr old son All he does is ride his bike And just wanted it to cool and upgrade the parts Not sure I?ll shop with you guys again Grant Arkins

Hey Grant, Our sincerest apologies once again for the delivery delay with your order. As stated in our email, Australia Post was experiencing major delays due to the fires in NSW and this affected a lot of deliveries. We dispatched your order the day it was made in our best efforts to make sure it was there for Christmas. We put our trust in Australia Post and due to the circumstances, they have let us down here. LUXBMX has a great selection at the best prices I could find, so ordering was easy. However, I placed my order on the 30th of November and received the helmet within a couple weeks, but I am still waiting for the DK balance bike. Hopefully it arrives before Christmas. The 2 stars is only due to the shipping time.

We do also offer very competitive express shipping options for remote areas such as yours. Much like the free shipping option you chose, these are subsidised and generally cost less than standard shipping options from other stores. You could add dimension for bottom bracket bearing and recommend for a bike

Hey Glenn, Thanks for the feedback. Generally speaking, Spanish bottom brackets will only fit frames with a Spanish BB. I have updated our Spanish BB's with the diameter measurement so there should be no further confusion. Thanks again for your feedback! Dave Dillewaard LUXBMX Team

That's certainly a shame the helmet didn't arrive with the bike. We generally have to ship them separately as there isn't enough room in the box to ensure the helmet will arrive to you safely. We can certainly make sure you get what you have ordered. The brake system I ordered was missing a vital part (which was in the image of the brake kit on the website).

Unfortunately, Academy no longer includes the front brake cable adapter with the brake itself. We have updated the photos and have sent you the adaptor separately. Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback, we do take everything on board. We are bummed that you are as stoked as you could be. It looks like you placed the order on new years eve and we had it shipped out the next business day (Jan 2nd). You had also selected our free shipping option which to your area would normally be around 5-6 business days but due to the higher volume of items going through the Australia Post network at that time, it looks like it took 7 days to get to you. If you are ever in need of anything quicker, you will see our express shipping options are extremely affordable ( in most cases it's cheaper than standard shipping from most other stores) Thanks again for your order and support. Hi Jordan, That's a massive bummer. We have sent the correct shirt express post to you so you should see it within 1 business day. No need to send the XL back, hang onto it in case you're feeling a little swaggy. If you ever have an issue, it's easiest to contact us immediately so we can sort it out. It certainly wasn't our intention to send out the wrong shirt.

Unfortunately when we ordered a bike for my son...it arrived late, so he didn't have it for his birthday...This was due to the delivery man "running out of time" I was furious as buying an expensive bike I hadn't bought anything else...he missed out on getting something his 16th birthday morning. The absolute disgust i felt from the delivery driver from TNT services as he apologized to me buy saying I know its your sons birthday but My daughter is dying....Like..absolutely uncalled for. Extremely unprofessional. So when we got the bike it was unpacked and a massive deep scratch on the handle bars! I tried calling so many times and obviously after receiving it he wanted to ride it. I know Lux has some amazing things..but all this certainly does not make me want to buy anything from there again......a $1200 bike delivered late and scratched for a 16th!!! Very Poor! And extremely upset!

Hi Roxanne, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback. It's certainly disappointing that you didn't have a positive experience with us and TNT. We were certainly unaware that the bike arrived late and damaged. Damages in shipping are definitely not acceptable and compensation can generally be given. We endeavor to have the highest level of service while still offering free delivery, a service that TNT charge us about $100 for bikes to South Australia. So if the level of service isn't being met we can chase that up with TNT. It looks like an attempt at delivery was made within 4 business days but then a card was left if the was an issue with getting redelivery we can chase that up with TNT as well.
