“The website was very easy to navigate and the cranks that i ordered arrived surprisingly quickly and i can't fault them whatsoever. The way that the guys from LUX have followed up after the order arrived is also to commend, you don't get that kind of customer service that often nowadays.”

“Great service and products. Delivery was really quick. Unfortunately not happy with one of the bikes we purchased, it looks orange instead of red and had a few defects through the paint, daughter was disappointed but that's what happens when you buy stuff online...”

“Built a bike for my sons birthday. Had a decent Sunday frame, forks and crank and rims. Replaced the headset bearings, bottom bracket, spindle, seat and pole, chain, pedals, bars, grips, tyres, brake. Lux BMX made things pretty easy. These guys know bikes.”
