“Unbelievable service. The guys at Lux went above and beyond. I changed my mind a couple of times on the parts for the build and there was no issue. Would highly recommend to all my friends.”

“The team was great with excellent follow up on spoke length requirements i ordered. Everything I wanted was there. As below there is a catalogue issue when I ordered rim tape as it didn't differentiate between 20" and 24". Follow up corrective service was fast and efficient.”

Hey Warren, Sorry about the mix up with the rim strips! It looks like someone has jumped in and fixed the listing so each variant is showing 20 inch and 24 inch. I'd be happy to just send out a set Express tomorrow for you in the 20 inch? Or something else similar value if you've already sorted other rim strips out? I've just setup an order to lock a set of the 20 inch strips aside, once you let us know you're keen on them we'll trigger it to go out the door Express to you! Look forward to hearing back and getting you sorted! Cheers, Pat
