“I’ve always believed in shopping local, so naturally I was skeptical. Until I saw some names that I recognised from riding when I was a kid. so even though it’s online, we’re still dealing with a local business, with people who support their local community and ride bikes in our community. They’ve really changed my mind on buying on line. And I’m really happy to support lux on-going. Some of the best products and customer service I’ve experienced in many years. Thanks guys”

“Excellent service! Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the items purchased on-line (manufacturer’s fault, not LuxBMX’s), but my email was answered by Dave, from customer service, within a few hours (on a weekday) and the item replaced within a few days. I’ll definitely be purchasing from LuxBMX in the future.”
