“Just know, if you neednto return your product, there is a return fee. On top of that, the return process is very frustrating. It's about a 3 to 4 step process, but each process intels you waiting for a response from the company. Just make sure you do not have to return your item.”

Because we are a small business and pay for all the shipping TO our customers, we only charge a small shipping fee to cover returns. And we are working as quickly as possible to approve all returns in a timely manner. As promised, we refunded you in full for your return shipping.

“The quality of these robes is unsurpassed. They are heavy (in a good way) and have a terry layer on the inside that is fantastic at absorbing water, so they are perfect for getting out of the shower or hot tub. I have bought two in the last month. Highly recommend!!!!”

“I first purchased a $29 waffle cotton wrap from Amazon but it was so flimsy I sent it back. Then I bought from Luxury Spa Robes, spent $60, and was well worth it. It is a beautiful, quality wrap. Very happy with it!”

“To be honest, we were disappointed in the quality and sizing of the robe. While the outside is nice and the color is exactly what we hoped, the inside of the terry robe is awful. It's rough, scratchy, shockingly thin, and feels very cheap and low-end. It is not a comfortable and luxurious robe. It is not a robe you can't wait to put on. The sizing is also a disappointment. We got two robes. One was a medium so it would fit any of our female or smaller guests. The length is ridiculously long. It is to the floor. We are going to have to get it hemmed. Overall, not at all what we expected based on the reviews and the price. Had it not been for our timeline and the color (Eucalyptus-- which we wanted, but was difficult to find), we would have returned them. I was going to get my husband one in white, but after the quality of the terry and having to invest even more to hem them because of the length, I have decided to get him a robe elsewhere.”

“These were a wedding gift for a friend's second wedding. They were shipped to them, so I only saw a picture. They said they were beautiful, and super comfy soft. I had "Mr." In white thread on the charcoal one, as black was out of stock in Medium, and "Mrs." in black thread on the white, size Small. They said they fit well.”

“This is my second robe of this type. The first lasted a decade and is only being relegated to backup as I have stained it a bit. The look is luxurious and the feel of the inner lining is plush and comfy. I wear it every morning!”
