“I was notified via Lyst that a pair of trainers id been searching for had become available via a website link in USA , I was skeptical as I had read that some companies charge an extra import tax from the courier without any warning I messaged Lyst after my order and they were very helpful Just make sure with the company your buying direct via Lyst at the time of ordering , It should say at the checkout but not always if it’s outside Of the uk My new balance 327 trainers arrived within 4 days so I was very happy indeed They seemed quite small but they seem genuine so that must be the way they come up I would use Lyst again :-)”

“You handled everything just perfectly and fast too! Although I never received the package cause they cancelled it and didn’t let me know. I was missing a Xmas gift because of them. However this was not your fault when I contacted you you got them to let me know. Thank you”

“I received a fast response from Lyst. My package was never confirmed for shipment and Lyst helped me reach out to the retailer. They also provided me with the email to contact my retailer, information the retailer did not originally provide me with.”
