“I sent through Lyst to order a bag and was transferred to Cettire. i ordered the bag,they accepted my money and I never heard from them again!
I had to keep asking Lyst where my bag was. After SEVERAL emails from different customer service agents my money was refunded to my account.
In my opinion as a courtesy for the outrageous inconvenience I feel the bag should be sent to me as a gift!!!!! Your inability to solve this issue was time consuming and I had to prove my order to at least 4 people.
