“I read the reviews before I placed an order with this company, but they were the only place I could get a 25” guide clamp from. I called to check the stock, they had 200. I took a chance and placed my order, I said to the guy I was dealing with that their reviews were very poor. I told him if this arrived on time as ordered I would write a,good review. It has arrived very quickly it is just what I wanted. So from my point of view they were good to deal with, and I have no complaints.”

“I bought a small generater in the clearance sale from the Southend branch, unfortunately it had a fault & as this was a discontinued clearance item it couldn't be exchanged, but the staff especially Mike went out of their/his way to source another we could rob the affected parts off. Really pleased with the level of customer service, it would've been far easier to just offer me a refund. Would recommend.”

“With I read the reviews first. Ordered tool box before Xmas and told delivery by 30th Emailed on 4th Jan but no reply and then on 6th asked to submit review!!!! Bit difficult as not got it and judging by other reviews we will all have Covid vaccine”

“Bought a ratchet bit set. I have been looking for this type of set for a while. It simply great at tightening and removing the bolts supplied with self assembly furniture such as beds etc. Where the supplied tool is barely adequate for the job, skinned and deeply sliced knuckles being the order of the day. This tool will save me from that pain, and bleeding every time I grip something. Thank you Machine Mart for stocking it, and supplying it promptly with the minimum of fuss and bother. The catalogue sent with the ratchet bit set is doing the rounds with my colleagues at work. Highly recommend Machine Mart and its excellent customer service.”

“I phoned in advance to check stock of an Evolution heat gun. I was told they had one in stock and would keep it for me. Called in the Exeter store the next day and it was waiting for me at the counter. I had not paid or left any other details other than my name. Service how it should be, no hassle.”
