“I ordered three magazine subscriptions, one I have yet to receive a confirmation email from and the other two I have had to ring because of incorrect timings. The Classic Motorcycle I expected to start straight away and they weren't going to send it until after Christmas. The Marie Claire magazine was the reverse and they are sending it out in early December when it was meant to be a Christmas present and they are unable to change this. I made the timings very clear to your colleague and she even read them back to me correctly. So I am having to give you a poor rating.”

Seem to be a number of intermediary companies involved, all sending emails, somewhat confusing. Finally had a confirmation email, which I replied to two days ago asking when something would be received, but no response as yet. Free Gift also mentioned in offer (free tickets for Grand Designs Live), but nothing received/no mention yet. Bit disappointed at the level of customer service. As this is for a gift, I would have thought they would have made more effort to get something to me. Will not be using again.”

“The process was very easy and the price very reasonable. However it was necessary for me to have a monthly direct debit rather than six monthly or annual.
I double checked my order, and asked my husband to check and it seemed that monthly was what we had ordered.
Yesterday I received confirmation from the magazine itself and the direct debit is annual. When I phoned them the best they could offer was six monthly so I had to cancel the subscription.
I realise this could be seen as a small issue but it was important to me, so this has proved to be frustrating and very disappointing.”
