“’ve placed two separate orders with Majestic, and they have managed to screw them both up. Paid extra for nominated delivery and didn’t get it on the nominated day on both occasions. On the latest order they substituted a bottle of Bollinger for a cheap bottle of of Zinfandel. Call centre told me they wouldn’t send one bottle out! Offered a refund or I could drive across town to the local store. Oh good. Well done Majestic 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

“My first experience with Majestic delivered wine. Great wine and helpful staff However, they use Yodel for delivery. Avoid any company that uses Yodel. The Yodel left my £160 wine in the rain for several days. I was lucky the wine was not stolen I got a £10 bottle refund but will I buy from them again, jury is out. However, I am encouraged by other positive reviews.”

“Very disappointed. They use yodel who have trouble finding us. They supposedly tried twice. After many emails they sent the wine from local branch. They had trouble finding us. They did have phone contact. Offered £10..00 off next order”
