“Do NOT buy from this company if you live in the US!
They do not tell you that you will have to pay IMPORT FEES to receive your package!
I've given this company too many chances and this is my LAST!
I paid over $400 for clothes and $30 delivery to get it quick! UPS showed up and when I got to the door he said I owed $243. I was confused as to why I owed anything because I already paid. So he took back the package and I spent an hour on the phone, to figure out this company does NOT TELL YOU, you the costumer has to pay Import fees! UPS can give this company back their package, because they want to try and scam you by not telling you upfront about the fees and ill be getting my refund HOPEFULLY!!!!”
“They do not make it clear on their website, but you have to pay import fees if you're in the US. I would not have ordered anything if I knew i would have to pay over $200 to receive the package.”

“Sizes are way off. I used a measuring tape and i still should have ordered two US sizes larger and i only weight 115lbs! I needed to exchange 75% of the clothes because they were child sized. They made me pay $17 to return from the US. It's been over three weeks and they haven't shipped they exchange items out. I shop at Gymshark all the time in the UK and never had these issues. I dont think ill purchase from them the future.”

“I would give this company 0 stars if i could. I ordered over $200 worth of items that i paid EXPRESS shipping (an extra $40 for) and emailed them right away to confirm the package would arrive in the time period. After contacting the shipping company and Maniere de voire, they knew from the beginning the packages would not arrive on time. This could have been avoided if they gave me priority shipping (WHICH I HAD PAID FOR). All in all, i am very disappointed with the service and the items received were very cheap feeling. This was my first and only time shopping here. Oh yeah, also if you are from Canada you will be charged $70 extra for duties with this shipment. Buyer beware.”
“Bought the matte black Cuban chain necklace. It arrived chipped and damaged and is extremely cheap material. I tried to return the item but the USPS said the QR code was invalid and they only offer returns within a short period of time after you get the item and the time it takes to ship back to the UK, and they expect YOU to pay the shipping cost. Stay away!!”

“I wouldn't bother ordering from here , I placed a big order on black Friday the clothing was way over priced and way to tight it has no movement in it at all .....I had to pay to return these items and was then told I could not get a refund only a gift card .....when I repurchased with the gift card they lost my order and only replied to me A MONTH later , customer service is a joke I would not recommend this store to anyone it's been a complete waste of Money and waste of time on emails trying to get a response from customer service”

I still had to pay 17.50 for return shipping even though it was their error. Return shipping literally takes over 1 month in the US, so do not bother exchanging any items. the clothing quality is good but it is not worth the headache of the shipping and customer service issues.”
