“A rip off company. Sizes are not accurate. Poor, poo,r poor, very, quality. No size in label. Depth of sales if honesty is not provided to paying customers especially when shopping online”

“I would give this company 0 stars if i could. I ordered over $200 worth of items that i paid EXPRESS shipping (an extra $40 for) and emailed them right away to confirm the package would arrive in the time period. After contacting the shipping company and Maniere de voire, they knew from the beginning the packages would not arrive on time. This could have been avoided if they gave me priority shipping (WHICH I HAD PAID FOR). All in all, i am very disappointed with the service and the items received were very cheap feeling. This was my first and only time shopping here. Oh yeah, also if you are from Canada you will be charged $70 extra for duties with this shipment. Buyer beware.”

“Bought the matte black Cuban chain necklace. It arrived chipped and damaged and is extremely cheap material. I tried to return the item but the USPS said the QR code was invalid and they only offer returns within a short period of time after you get the item and the time it takes to ship back to the UK, and they expect YOU to pay the shipping cost. Stay away!!”

“The quality is so poor, I returned some items but instead of refund got E-gift card, it doesn’t say in return policy that you can’t get a refund.When you order something make sure that you may not get your money back if something isn’t fit.”

“Paid to return an item and I didn't get a refund. I emailed a few weeks later to remind them and then they refunded. If I had not of chased it up I would of lost my money.”

“Please stay away from this brand! Slow service and the clothes are not true to size. It’s a long winded process trying to exchange or get a refund, the process seems to take between 2-3 weeks. I am extremely disappointed with this brand, massive let down.”

“I wouldn't bother ordering from here , I placed a big order on black Friday the clothing was way over priced and way to tight it has no movement in it at all .....I had to pay to return these items and was then told I could not get a refund only a gift card .....when I repurchased with the gift card they lost my order and only replied to me A MONTH later , customer service is a joke I would not recommend this store to anyone it's been a complete waste of Money and waste of time on emails trying to get a response from customer service”

“Customer service is beyond poor. Email only and the reps do not answer questions correctly. was shipped the incorrect size in one order. I still had to pay 17.50 for return shipping even though it was their error. Return shipping literally takes over 1 month in the US, so do not bother exchanging any items. the clothing quality is good but it is not worth the headache of the shipping and customer service issues.”

“There was an error with delivery address from the second I hit enter. Contacted the company and they didn't cancel the order and I will never see my purchase since it was delivered to an address I no longer live at. I tried and tried but the last message was... oh so sorry good luck with that..”

“One occasion sent me a gift card instead of a refund- once I complained I was given my refund ? Time wasting . 2nd occasion sent a gift card instead of my money and told because I had purchased a sale item and it’s in their small print . Like anybody has the time . Would not but from this company again”

“Purchased the Corduroy Cargo Pants in Brown in a UK 10/US 6. Package came in within two weeks. HOWEVER, the pants were a tad bit tight around the thigh area but I was still able to zip it up with no problem. I’ve worn it 3x so far. I ended up purchasing the SAME joggers in the Steel Blue colour, same exact size and no issues with delivery, either. HOWEVER, I could not even fasten the button since it was too tight around the hip and lower abdomen. Their sizing seems to be inconsistent! Return costs from Canada are ridiculous, $30!! I’m gonna have to either sell this, or prayyyy that I lose a couple pounds so I can wear it.”

“Worst company ever. I am fuming. I have returned some products and is more than 2 weeks now and i still haven t received the money back! i have sent 3 e mail, no response. An absolutely joke! I have paid with clear pay, and i am still paying for some clothes that i sent back. Sizing is so wrong.... It my second time when i have this issue with them. Don t bother to order! i will never ever order from them!”

“Ya’ll..I ordered a dress (5’1 and size UK 12 (US 8)) and the dress was wayyyy to big. I paid 90$ CAD. When I had to return I paid $69!!!!!! SCAM and the dress smelled”

“The sizing is complete off. I ordered a 10 - it was more like a 6! Then you have to pay to return them which cost £8.95. I realise that it states no free returns but it makes shopping from this company a no no from me. The design of the clothes is great but the sizing is rubbish.”
