I dislike having to write this statement. The quality of their products are good. I’m highly disappointed bc I had high hopes for this company and I really liked their products. I spent over $500 USD with this company the second time and most of the items Didn’t fit. They were the wrong sizes. Those company refuses to help pay for returns or exchanges from the US. DHL is charging over $100 USD to ship these items. I truly feel that this is unfair considering all the money spent with them. I will never buy from them again. Now I have over $500 USD of clothing that I can do nothing with. They do not answer their emails. It’s just terrible. They don’t have a number to be reached. DHL says they’ve received numerous of complaints about the same thing concerning the same company. DO NOT BUY from them unless you know your correct sizing and you know for sure you won’t need to return.

Ordered from them January 20th I get a confirmation of order and shipment of order email all on the same day yet no invoice and no tracking number I reach out to them no answer, reach out again and they reply with this « Sorry you haven't had any updates on your order, I have tracked your order and I can see that your tracking has recently updated please see your tracking details below - https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home. «  Literally sent me a website to track my order without the tracking number. Bunch of fkn scammers lmao I will never order from here again and suggest you don’t either.

They do have quality products for affordable prices but they advertise FREE INTERATIONAL SHIPPING but don’t pay the company they use which is DHL Express. I ordered from them 4 times. The first 2 times I had no problems. I decided I was going to do a photo shoot using pieces from their line for my new fashion blog and then on my 3rd order I spent about $700 USD & $1,400 on my 4th. Well, MDV did not pay the shipping company they use. So DHL Express sends you text messages demanding you pay this amount of money within 5 days or your package will be returned to sender. A DHL customer service representative commented that they have been having this problem starting 2021 that MDV hasn’t been paying for any shipping fees to the United States & that they have been receiving thousands of complaint from USA customers about these outrageous shipping, customs, & tax fees that MDV advertised for free shipping. I didn’t go to the UK & buy a bunch of stuff & come through the airport with it, I ordered from an online company. So now these “affordable” products become unaffordable. They should absolutely be ashamed. I am related to YVES SAINT LAURENT & have reached out to his team for comment on what he thinks of a french based company selling out of the UK & their deceitful ways.

Cheap and heavy clothes. Horrible return process. People should read reviews before shopping here. Stay away from this company. Received my package late and I was out of the country for three weeks. Came back and its too late to return...

Ordered a dress in a size 10 feeling confident it would fit as I’m always a 10, on occasions even an 8. However although the dress arrived promptly only my daughter who is a size 6/8 could get into it! So I return the item for a refund, after having paid 2 lots of postage, one to receive the dress, the second to return it, only to be sent an online credit voucher which apparently is my only option. Should the dress have actually been a size 10 I would have kept it, instead I have a credit note I’m reluctant to use due sizes not being correct and the fact I’ll probably be charged even more postage/return postage! Not happy!

Very clearly, run away! Yes, the site makes you want to, seems reliable, the visuals are worked on the same way as the collections. But do not order on this site. Order placed on November 30th for an amount of 110 euros, excluding postage, we are January 05th, still nothing received. I paid 13 euros for shipping costs for a delivery within 10 to 14 working days. WARNING: this is false, because after sending them a 1st email, they tell me that I have to wait 15 days for the order to be sent! The announced delays are therefore clearly false. So I wait. I send a second email to ask for the tracking number again. Indeed, I had made the request during my first email, no answer. No invoice sent by email, just an order confirmation. After discussion with the customer service, I get the DHL tracking number. The package is in circulation but I don't know where. Last scan on 17/12. Since then, no news. I sent a mail to DHL but no answer. I thus transformed this purchase into litigation via Paypal. Fortunately I paid via this platform! I sent a 3rd email on 12/22 to Manière de Voir via the litigation manager Paypal: no answer! I thus transformed the file into litigation. Shocking customer service, even worse quality of clothes. Don’t expect customer service to reply to your emails no matter how many times you chase them. Don’t expect a refund to your card but rather a credit note, and they will refund you less on the credit note than you paid. The parcel delivery company will also change during the process from Hermes to Royal Mail so tracking won’t work. Delivery takes ages too, it’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting on my parcel to arrive with shipping days constantly being delayed with no updates. You also have to pay for returns Better off going boohoo man, same quality for fraction of the price.

Unless you have a body of a super model (really tall and skinny) this brand is not for you, I'm usually a size 8 UK but this brand have a messed up sizing chart. 1 shirt was too boxy, 1 was too tight and all the pants were too long. They have cool designs though, but everything that have the big elastics band were too tight. For international shipping they only have DHL as an option and I had to pay 130GBP for customs and duties when i already spent 190GBP for my orders. I can't make a return since the only way to ship it back quickly was with DHL and it would cost me more than keeping the items that I can't fit in to. They also sent me a faulty item but they gave me a refund for it in the shape of an e-gift card for it.

Worst shopping experience ever!!! Purchased 400$ worth of brand new, non sale items. Received them quickly but ALL of them were too small even though we selected US equivalent sizes. I emailed customer service to do an exchange and they said they don't do exchanges that I was responsible for returning items to them. Returning items within 14 days was impossible via American carriers unless you pay express and express via DHL/UPS/USPS was around 300$ !!!!!!!!! What brand that charges 90$ for a pair of jeans doesn't offer free size exchange!? I am stunned. And now I am stuck with 400$ worth of merchandise that neither me nor my husband can wear. Will be posting about it on all my social media accounts, to let everyone know to NOT waste their money with this brand. Worst EVER!

Customer support answered just that they did sent it by Royal Mail and it’s me who is crazy 🤣🤣🤣 I was so stressed by DHL bombarding me each day with text messages : PAY! Pay! Pay!” I will never purchase again from this site!

Poor delivery, poor returns policy and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.... as the owner of the company you should be concerned and not just tweet about how successful you are... all you need is for customer's to start boycotting you!!!

If I could give ZERO stars for the customer service this company provides I would because 1 star is too much for the experience I had with them. I am a Canadian customer, therefore, once the product is delivered, I am required to pay duties and taxes on the product. No problem there. I order one shirt and one pair of pants. I received the shirt but no pants. When I contacted the company, they said the pants were sent Ina separate shipment. Problem is, this company made a mistake and wrote both the shirt and pants on the first package delivered to me, therefore I paid duties and taxes on both items when I only received the shirt. Then the pants arrive and they are asking me to pay duties and taxes on BOTH items AGAIN. When I contacted customs, they told me that Manière De Voir were obviously at fault for labeling both items on the first package and the only way to fix the issue is for their company to reissue two invoices separately per package instead of both items on one invoice. I have spoken to about 10 different people through email at Manière De Voir and every single one refuses to fix the problem and keep telling me they don't deal with custom issues. I've asked them to pick up the phone to call me as everytime I reply to their emails, a different person replies back with zero knowledge of the issue and I have to sit there explaining the issue over and over again with the same result... But still two months later, no call. Shame on them for their terrible customer service and being ok with their loyal customers being ripped off and double paying when all they had to do was reissue the invoices correctly. I would NEVER EVER shop with them again.

Terrible! You guys need to make a label for people to print and you deduct it out or refund. It was gonna cost me $165 to send back and I only Spent $150 or so with you guys :/ terrible never again now I’m stuck w clothes at don’t fit or can exchange wow!

The quality of the cloths are very poor and they really look different than what they seem in the picture It’s really unfair that they don’t provide a return label and don’t cover the return cost; for them advertising in US market and not being accommodating regarding the shipment is lack of professionalism and customer service
