“Awful company. Complete scam. Take your money and don’t ship orders. They used to be legit, but now it’s like they don’t care about their customers. Customer service is a joke. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.”

“So mad at their responsibility with clients. I ordered 17 pieces and they just only shipped 13 pieces with tracking number and it was delivered and I was fine with the quality even it run bigger size, no plan to ship back. But the other 4 pieces never been ship and don't have any tracking number and I contacted with them by email and they fast to respond my email by they never ship it to me and now they asked me have to sign in some paperwork for them to work on it....man! I just want my order being ship and have enough my stuff what I order if not y'all need to ship me enough my stuff and give me the tracking number to track it....I don't have time to deal with this and waste my time on what y'all didn't even ship out to me !!!! Very mad !!! I'm patient enough but to tell me have to sign in paperwork for my missing pieces because y'all never ever ship it, it is your company's business....I'm not gonna deal with !!! I have no time at all!!! Never ever think about order anything from this website one more time. I still give y'all a try after read all the bad reviews but y'all made me so disappointed!!!”

“There's NO CUSTOMER SERVICE available to answer your questions and concerns. I ordered one outfit a month ago to give the company a chance and still have NOT RECEIVED my order. I know we are dealing with COVID delays, but it would be nice to know there's customer service support.”

“Do not buy from this fraudulent company unless you are sure everything will fit and suit you, because you will get a gift card instead of a refund. I will be taking legal action as they owe me a lot or money and more importantly on this principle lost a customer. This activity is against UK consumer law.”

“Hi PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! There cheap as can be! I ordered a purse and they could not even be decent to package it in a box! It arrived in a plastic bag with clear damages of being smushed and dents that cannot be removed! Not worth the price tag! On top of it the purse feels of cheap and looks cheap! Would you be okay with the bag received pictures! I certainly do not want to wear such a dented purse! They had the nerve to say they could not see any clear faults to the item! Take a look for your self and be the judge of this HORRIBLE COMPANY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Do not buy from them. I ordered size L short, received 2XL which still half of my waist size. The quality is very poor too. I made a complaint and it seems that I can waive to my money. Scammers.”

“Do not purchase anything from this company the clothes are very poor quality stitching coming away other defects. Hundreds of pounds of clothes we have ordered the faulty items have been returned still waiting for the refunds 3 months later.”

“Do not shop here, I spent $230 for my package & paid the $26 shipping fee & $76 in duties and taxes (Canada) and I NEVER received my package. I asked for a refund & they’ve been ignoring me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!”

“After purchasing the MDV v neck jumper dress In white i wore once! Washed it alone and at temperature stated on tag The black lettering ran on to the dress leaving black Mark's all over it !!! So disappointed as I brought a few other things that day so i spent money but those were sized wrong so I couldn't wear them either Nobody responds to emails either wo t be using the site again or recommending it.”

“They have cute clothes and decent quality. But SIZING is completely off. I spend over 200$ for 5 items which is great, I mean good sale but only 1 item was true to size and actually fit me. I had no choice but to return 4 and end up paying 60$ for shipping to get 80$ in return value. I should be just donated those items. So be aware, return shipping will cost you an arm and the leg, DO not order is you are in US. Not worth it. Very very disappointing. Order from ASOS or intomissimi or any other European brands which have great customer service and great return/exchange policy. Lesson learned”

“I loved Maniere de voir but now no more! the items are well designed but most of them,they are not true to size and I had to return 2 parcels and spend 9 pounds for it (and I also paid the shipping) I am disappointed, I reach out to the customer service which just answer me by coping the returning policy, which I already consulted online, and ignored my feedback and request to return one item for free which the sizing was completely wrong. I never wore size 6 by their hoodie in size 8 was too big... So honestly you can have good design and style but if you don't offer customer service and a more flexible policy with returns for me is useless.”

“I dislike having to write this statement. The quality of their products are good. I’m highly disappointed bc I had high hopes for this company and I really liked their products. I spent over $500 USD with this company the second time and most of the items Didn’t fit. They were the wrong sizes. Those company refuses to help pay for returns or exchanges from the US. DHL is charging over $100 USD to ship these items. I truly feel that this is unfair considering all the money spent with them. I will never buy from them again. Now I have over $500 USD of clothing that I can do nothing with. They do not answer their emails. It’s just terrible. They don’t have a number to be reached. DHL says they’ve received numerous of complaints about the same thing concerning the same company. DO NOT BUY from them unless you know your correct sizing and you know for sure you won’t need to return.”

“Ordered from them January 20th I get a confirmation of order and shipment of order email all on the same day yet no invoice and no tracking number I reach out to them no answer, reach out again and they reply with this « Sorry you haven't had any updates on your order, I have tracked your order and I can see that your tracking has recently updated please see your tracking details below - https://www.canadapost.ca/trackweb/en#/home. « Literally sent me a website to track my order without the tracking number. Bunch of fkn scammers lmao I will never order from here again and suggest you don’t either.”

“They do have quality products for affordable prices but they advertise FREE INTERATIONAL SHIPPING but don’t pay the company they use which is DHL Express. I ordered from them 4 times. The first 2 times I had no problems. I decided I was going to do a photo shoot using pieces from their line for my new fashion blog and then on my 3rd order I spent about $700 USD & $1,400 on my 4th. Well, MDV did not pay the shipping company they use. So DHL Express sends you text messages demanding you pay this amount of money within 5 days or your package will be returned to sender. A DHL customer service representative commented that they have been having this problem starting 2021 that MDV hasn’t been paying for any shipping fees to the United States & that they have been receiving thousands of complaint from USA customers about these outrageous shipping, customs, & tax fees that MDV advertised for free shipping. I didn’t go to the UK & buy a bunch of stuff & come through the airport with it, I ordered from an online company. So now these “affordable” products become unaffordable. They should absolutely be ashamed. I am related to YVES SAINT LAURENT & have reached out to his team for comment on what he thinks of a french based company selling out of the UK & their deceitful ways.”
