It’s the worst , most disappointing online experience I’ve ever had. My parcels were left outside of my property and it’s been a month I had absolutely a shambles of experience with so many customer experience representatives where no one was helpful or understanding. I’m still waiting for my case to be resolved. Stay away from this retailer

I ordered a coat twice and they gaslight me. They never had the coat on stock but took the funds from my CC. Then customer service tried to “replace”the item because they didn’t want to admit that they screw with you. Do not order from them ever because you won’t get anything. They are FRAUDS!

They sent the wrong size and told me I will have to reorder. I was on the chat for over an hour and was transferred to three different people nobody has helped. I didn’t mind reordering except the pants were on sale when I ordered and now they are full price. I was waiting to speak with someone to be able to reorder at the same price. I have not heard from anyone yet. I was left waiting the chat while every rep kept telling me they were working on the problem. The would ask the same questions then say they are working on it. I screenshotted the whole conversation. I’m wondering if this is their practice of purposely sending a wrong size so you can reorder at full price. I read this same thing happened to another person who reviewed them on this site.

I've never felt so frustrated in my life with a company such as ASOS do they ever considered training their representatives how to be apologetic and show sympathy or at least show understanding to the frustration caused by the company to the customers !! The truth is NO . New Example today LEAH !! THIS PERSON WHO Hasn't EVEN APOLOGISED ONCE IN THE WHOLE CONVERSATION NOP WHAT'S MORE SHOCKING THEY ALLOWED TO END THE CHAT ON THE CUSTOMERS just because they don't feel like talking! being rude unhelpful and arrogant and they taking the customers fraustration as if it's personal and they start acting like you having an issue with them person I MEAN PROFESSIONAL TEACH YOUR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL they get paid for a job that they don't fulfilled !! DISGUSTING

Scam platform, they just receive your money and that's it, after that they disappear, the seller says that you so called received your order, but ofc he somehow can't provide you with the track number of your package, and won't answer you any more, same as the platform support they just don't react at all, so don't even think of "buying" there if you don't want to lose your money. THE scummiest site i've ever seen!

placed an order with ASOS and almost a week later it still hadn’t arrived. I logged in to track the order and it said it had been delivered to a neighbour. I had received a calling card and the “neighbour” lived four doors down. When I finally got through to them a very senile elderly man angrily answered the door and said he didn’t have my parcel. His name also did not match the name ASOS quoted. I called ASOS and was told I couldn’t get a refund nor a replacement until an investigation was raised with DPD. A week later I received an email to say the investigation was conducted and DPD have confirmed they delivered it successfully to a neighbour. They asked me to pick up with my neighbour. I called again and had an infuriating call with customer service who said that the matter was closed their end and they cannot refund or replace the goods. I escalated on social media and email cc-ing the CEO and received a response to say it was a civil matter with my neighbour. I then received a long follow up to say that whilst I hadn’t authorised delivery to a neighbour this is what their terms and conditions say (I checked and it doesn’t) and that they’re allowed to leave items within 50m of my house. They acknowledged I had cc-Ed the CEO and that they would on this occasion reopen the investigation with DpD but make no promises as to the outcome and cannot guarantee how long before I’ll hear a response. Absolutely criminal customer service. I will be boycotting and urge anyone else to boycott ASOS

They take no responsibility for the non-delivery of your items. They do not apologise for not delivering your items, they only apologise for the situation that you are in at that point in time. They don’t own up to their faults, which in turn makes you as the customer even more frustrated and upset. I will no longer put my money into ASOS because they promise a particular service but they do not deliver that service. So what on earth am I actually paying for?

I would not trust ASOS anymore after ordering from them since 2000 the start of the company. Since they’ve had a bad year of sales, They have now started to scam loyal customer ignoring there emails contacts and Facebook messages about refunds. They’ve decided to combined my two orders and ship them to me in one parcel but when I sent both full orders back in the same package as they sent me they only decide to refund me for one order. This was over a week ago. They’ve received the return but have decided to ignore my emails, contact by online form and Facebook messages so that they can avoid refunding me. I then decided to call them regarding this and after a long conversation explaining what they did they guy said he issue a manual refund for that order. ( again which was a complete lie he did not do this because I know for a fact when they make a manual refund it’s the same process you would still receive a email confirming the REFUND. I did not receive this. I will now have to contact the ombudsman in order get my refund. They have wasted so much of time and even more now. I actually hate this company now. They will be losing a lot of loyal customer. Do not risk your money anymore by shopping at ASOS.

Can you give less than 1*? I placed an order on September 28th for two pairs of boots. I receive an email saying that one of the pairs is out of stock (annoying but these things happen). The real issue cones from the delivery service! They use HERMES, who are a terrible company to be associated with. I ordered my boots to be with me by October 5th (my Birthday) and instead I am now told to wait until the 14th, as there has been an error?! After speaking to ASOS I have realised that they are not interested in taking responsibility when issues occur with HERMES. I would recommend staying away until they use a different delivery company, I know I certainly won't be buying anything else.

I recently purchased plus size active wear from ASOS the products arrived earlier than specified which was a pleasant surprise. 2 of the items fit and another 2 did not. The return and refund were processed quickly.
