“Excellent service, delivery and removal of old item handled brilliantly by the two guys. Discounted fridge freezer has a few dinks on the doors and cabinet edges. Paid for three extra years beyond the LG two year guarantee, however no confirmation/documentation received.”

“Purchased a chest freezer. Good price. Easy to order online. Next day delivery was available. But we changed our delivery day to a Sunday. Customer service was excellent, polite, friendly and no fuss. Given a 2 hour delivery window as promised and delivered on time by 2 friendly delivery men. Very pleased with the whole service and would highly recommend.”

“Everything was fine apart from one point. Initially going on your website to order an item at the top of the page was a message giving the time left to order to be able to receive the item the next day. Then going through the order form the earliest possible day for delivery was at least two days later. Fortunately I was able to be available to receive the item on that day. If your computerised timing system cannot keep up then please give yourself and your customers a more realistic delivery time on your front page.”

“Very easy to order on website. Chose the delivery day but was waiting for text to arrive the night before to let us know the time slot. Text did not come through but email confirmed delivery slot the next day. Delivery was an hour later due to breakdown of van. Very pleased with the product and looks great.”
