“Staff and majority of people shopping here are rude and have no respect or common courtesy for other shoppers. Multiple times I said excuse me to multiple staff members so I could grab the item I wanted or get passed and they just ignored me and continued chatting to colleagues. I approached a staff member who was restocking shelves asked them if they had a specific product which I was struggling to find. They turned around and told me ‘im quite busy at the moment’ which I thought was rather disrespectful. Staff have no self awareness and walk straight into you when walking down isles they also do not look happy to be there. Overall the visit was rubbish and very disappointing, will not be returning here for future food shops.”
“Cafe. When busy this is a shambles. Tables not cleared, or not cleaned. Lazy uninterested staff. Poor queueing system.
Customers expected to clear tables.
High tables and stools that older customers will never use.
Poor selection of food, some pre heated in plastic bags. Whoever designed and allowed this to be built should be made to work in the Cafe for a week. JG.”

I went for a coffee with my kids and a lady from the team come and accuse me for stealing biscuits in front of my kids that was horrible and she didn’t find any thing at all”
“I was looking forward to visiting the new store at Fosse Park everything was fine until we visited the cafe, still too small very slow service!
Not enough tables and chairs I really thought the cafe would have been so much better and bigger oh well back to Costa for me!”
“The new café is soulless. The music is far too load and does not fit the atmosphere. The concept ignores M&S's main customer base. It is inaccessible for the average customer and is more suited to a central London station than a fosse park cafe. Will not be returning.”
“What a total disappointment!!! I was excited to visit the new cafe today and it was a shamble. The staff were all doing their best but someone has turned our lovely cafe into a ‘fast food’ venue. Shame on you!!!

“Served by a foreign lady ref 24/7 13.07 07291824 804217 120 0369 from receipt. Most curt and rude. Did not want to help re my Sparks card. Reluctantly looked and said I had no offers. Charged full price. I then spoke to an assistant (Anita) in the Food Dept - very helpful, looked at my 'phone, said the lady was wrong. I returned to till I paid at - they knew who she was (M something?) but she had gone to lunch. Complaints on 'phone useless - get S. Africa, 4 attempts, they give me local Leicester no.to call, but I still get S.Africa. Useless. This lady needs Customer Service guidance to uphold your standards.”
“Bought a dinner suit. Till person left the security tag on in error. No alarm as I left the store. Discovered tag at home and called the store. Promised a return call by the Manager which never happened. Had to return the item at my expense to get the tag removed. My wife was treated as a suspect because she had an item with a tag attached. No apology from store staff for the mistake. Absolutely awful catalogue of errors and abysmal service.”
“Absolutely disgraceful service. From front till. Joseph. Rude, supercilious, have shopped for 40 years in thurmaston, Nottingham and Fosse, average £150 pounds per week. He’s at Fosse and should never be dealing with the general public. Horrid man. Disgusted.”
