“I received some Baby Blue and other colours also which was Aran wool from you some time ago and I have made these lovely outfits and sets from your wool and my customer was very happy with your wool also. “When I first found your website in 2014 I thought what a wonderful selection of yarn and colours. Sadly I dont feel the same about your site now. Your stock on most yarn types is rock bottom in fact its at an all time low. You really need to restock soon or your customers are going to order elswhere like im having to do. So come on Marriner Yarns get you act together or you wont have many customers left”

“Hi I gave a one star review before as I felt I didn't get a satistactory answer to my query. However I have now received an answer which I am happy with and I have received my first order... I am very satisfied with the yarn - it is just what I wanted and so soft and the colours are great.”

“I was very happy with my past purchases although I waited a while for my order I was over the moon with the quality of the yarn. However iv tried to make more orders in the past 3 weeks but most of the yarn is out of stock in the get cosy range.”

“I called today for advice with regard to the amount of wool I would need to make a 4ply sweater, as I wanted to make the sweater longer and the sleeves shorter! The person I spoke to wasn't very helpful as he said he wasn't good at knitting and he put me on hold to ask someone. Apparently there is no-one in your company who can give me the advice I need.. I am a new customer and so far have not received my wool yet, so cannot comment on the quality but I must say I am not impressed with the service.”

Good Morning Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service you received. It is very difficult for us to know how much yarn you are going to require if you are going to adjust a pattern, especially if you are extending the body of the item. “The pricing is incredible! I email a lot with questions and they never fail to answer with great detail and are also very prompt with their responses. Great products! Great customer service! Only grumble is that other people how now found out about them and their stock keeps selling out (which is obviously not a real grumble) 10/10 couldn’t recommend more”

“Absolutely Super soft yarns which is enjoyable to knit what ever my project. As soon I finished one I need to think of another to order more Marriner yarn, even though I have already plenty of wool to use, but Marriners Colours and the Different yarns inspire me all the time. “Best value around. I always buy my wool from Marriner, good price, good delivery times (if you forget about the current strikes from Royal Mail) and excellent customer Service. Have not had one problem with them yet. I made a beautiful crocheted blanket, which had I bought the suggested yarn would have cost me £140 - with Marriner Yarns it only cost me £40.”
