“I had some wool left over from a project and decided to knit my great niece a cardi, but not enough of main colour. Emailed Marriners with dye number, who replied straight away, rang in order and received in three days, great service. Lovely wool, smooth touch DK.”

“Marriner Yarns said a large order made on 24/11/22 was dispatched on 25/11/22 and provided a tracking number however they never gave this parcel to Royal Mail who are still waiting for this. Marriner Yarns was paid right away but did not actually send this parcel which is theft. You were emailed several times but refused to look into this until 10/12/22 (Andrew very unhelpful) so poor customer service as well. The items are no longer in stock but I have still not received a refund. Very disappointed and will have to take further action to get my money back.”

Good morning We have tracked your parcel with Royal Mail, this was delivered on 10th December into the safe place you have set up with Royal Mail. As there were strikes on 24th & 25th Royal Mail did not pick up any parcels from our warehouse until Monday 28th November. As advised in our emails the Royal Mail strikes have impacted our delivery time scales. We are pleased to see that you have since received the order. Kind Regards Marriner Yarns Team

“I have bought Marriner Yarns for several years, usually through Amazon but have recently started ordering direct as there are more colour choices and lower prices. The colours are amazing and the delivery time is really quick. I shall continue to order direct. Thank you Marriner.”

“Disappointed. The 100g balls are so loosely wound that the yarn unravels all the time and it is very difficu8t to keep the yarn tidy while knitting. I knit socks all the time and none of the other brands are so badly wound. I would appreciate your comments on this, please.”
