In the past 2 weeks I have ordered from Marriner, Hobbii and Wool Warehouse. Marriner is the only one I won't be ordering from again. The yarn is fine, but the postal bag it was packed in was too small. Package arrived split open and with 1 ball of yarn missing. Disappointing.

Package broken in two places will now be using this service of theirs again. You get a tracking number which is for their benefit not yours as you can't track until it's been delivered. This took so long I had goods from a lot further afield that arrived quicker.

very pleased with my order and prices are really good but when i phone to enquire about some wool the advisor seemed to be in a rush and just wanted to get you off the phone she wasnt interested in tying to help i wasnt impressed and told her this and i hung up anita

I know advert says colours not as in picture but really disappointed with colours sent, not much variety. If I wantEd similar colours I would of ordered a pack like that. I wanted more rainbow colours.

I received my order promptly. Very disappointed not to get the Baby DK pack as ordered. I received ordinary DK wool .. Even after making phone contact did not get a satisfactory answer.

With regret I have a complaint. My order No165692 contained a request for 2xMarriner Baban DK 100g Soft Baby Yarn@£2.25 As this item was out of stock you substituted it with Wendy Peter Pan, This wool contained an unacceptable number of knots which showed up on the finished garment.

Bit of a misunderstanding with delivery address. I asked for delivery to go to a different address on my PayPal when paying, but after several emails and phone calls finally got it sorted. The lady I spoke to was lovely. Still waiting to receive wool that had to be resent to right address, so can’t review the product just yet. Hopefully will arrive today. It is a difficult time with covid 19 and also just gone past Easter weekend, so deliveries are slow anyway at the moment. I think double checking where to deliver is good though.

I'm afraid I am not impressed, placed my order on the 4th April...it is now the 13th April and still no arrival, this was dispatched the next day and i am still waiting... I sent a parcel to Manchester and it arrived the following day.. I'm afraid i am disappointed that my order has not yet arrived.

Dear customer, We are sorry to hear that your order is yet to arrive, it was dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd class. Although most of our customers receive their orders really quickly, for whatever reason, some orders can take a little longer to arrive, especially under the current Corona virus circumstances. If your parcel has not arrived by the 10th working day (excluding Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) please do not hesitate to contact us. Your 10th working day ends on the 21st. In the meantime, please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office depot (even if a card has not been left), not your local post office, as parcels not delivered are kept here. Dear Alexis, your order was dispatched on the 3rd of April with Royal Mail 2nd class. We have to allow 10 working days (especially under the current circumstances) for orders to arrive. I fully understand that you are eager to receive your order and I'm really sorry it's slow getting to you. I hope it will arrive with you in the next couple of days. Have only bought twice from Marriner Yarns, was pleased with my first order 4 stars for it. But bought a Dolly Mix blanket pack with my latest order and the pale blue in that pack is very poor quality and is going to spoil the whole blanket, very disappointed!!
