I was very unhappy with my recent order. The order I put in was for making the Paw Patrol characters for my great niece. I was not happy to find that your web site was less than honest about the actual colours you had in stock. After waiting for a couple of months to order, I received mostly Robin yarn. I must now buy more Robin in order to do this project as I find Marriner and Robin crochet up to different guages and Marriner needs a larger hook. Had I wanted Robin I would not have ordered from Marriner.

Really disappointed with the quality of the super chunky, once made up it became really fluffy and looked used. All other wool I've had from Marriner has been really good quality.

The wool was ordered and e mail sent to me on 25/May stating the goods have been dispatched, it is now 3rd of June, no wool no notification of late delivery Previous orders have been delivered within approx 5 days, so expect the same excellent service, so disappointed

I ordered 8 balls of wool and when they arrived 5 of them were substitutes.

Good afternoon, There should have been a compliments slip enclosed with your order advising you of the substitutions so we apologise if this wasn't the case. We substitute occasionally to allow us to dispatch your order on time. The alternative yarn has been quality checked to ensure it is of the same high standard as our Marriner Yarn. My order went through had an email telling me it was on its way. Money taken from my bank and I waited over a week and didn't receive anything. I have to say the staff at Marriners when I rang were great. They couldn't even find my order but they were on it in minutes and have rearranged to re send it out after the bank holiday. Have always had good service from Marriners so realise that this was probably just a glicht in the system.

Just opened 1000g cone aran it is of very poor qualityand knits very uneven compared to 100g ball i previously bought..i was told it was the same wool not so the wool is very flat and lumpy.now what to do with 1000gs of lumpy wool

Been waiting a week now for delivery still not arrived my customers are asking me when they will get there orders. I can't tell them because I don't know when my order will arrive and then I have to make my orders . I hope I don't loose customers over this

Hi Linda, I have looked into this and I've noticed that your house number was missing from the order when we received it so it is likely that it will be returned to us by Royal Mail. Marriner Yarns are ideal for us a group in a retirement village who knit for charity, they have the colours and ply's we need for our various knits. Also their delivery is really fast- there is always someone in the group waiting for another ball of a particular colour. WELL DONE

Was notified via email on 3/3 that order had been dispatched. Rang on 8/3 to find out where it was and was told it didn't leave until 5th or 6th - but wasn't sure. Couldn't tell me when order would be received. Couldn't refund money so I could go elsewhere to by the wool I needed - have therefore lost £50 worth of business. Although I have kept the wool, I will not be ordering again and will be recommending that no-one else I know uses you either.

Due to the recent snow we were unfortunately forced to close our business from the 1st-4th of March and as result we were working through a large backlog of orders that then slowed down our dispatch time. I have just had a look into this and we did send a response email on the 10 March 2018 14:15 explaining that due to the recent snow we were forced to close our business from 1st-4th of March. Ordered on 1st March recieved email on 3rd March to say it was as on the way now 11th March and still no delivery. Called twice to be told it would be on its way nothing else they could do. Where is my delivery if it is not here in the next 2 days by the 13th March I want my money back.

After logging on to your web site, I found it impossible to order more that one item. When I selected a pattern, the number of the previous patterns increased. I ordered several patterns and when I was beginning to checkout, I discovered I had ordered 6 of the same pattern. Also when entering a credit card, I would say there was a problem and ask to re-do the entry. That card is valid and I used it on other sites, so I know it was a valid card. It was my assumption the order did not go through. I really would like the child sweater with the kittens on the front. I hope that order did go through. Susan

My order took eight days to arrive and was missing a pattern I ordered, when I queried the pattern I was told that as I had phoned in the order I couldn't get it although the gentleman who took my order on 19 January said he would email it.

If you haven't received the pattern with the order then I do apologise, there must have been some mix up in packing. I have used your yarns for some time now and have always been pleased with it. Sadly, I'm still awaiting my order placed on Thursday 10th August. I was advised on Friday 11th that it had been dispatched but as of today Sunday 20th it still has not arrived.
