“Order sent on the 23rd October dispatched on 24th. To date 2nd November order not received. Surely it does not over a week to come. It is only a pattern.”

“Not at all satisfed as I am yet to receive my order of Knitting pattern which I enquired about on Monday 20th and I note that money has been taken from my Bank account. I was told by the person answering the telephone they would look into my complaint as I was informed by Email that pattern had been sent from warehouse to my address and nothing was said that it would come by Email as I was told by phone”

“Disappointed. Had to chase up order to find there was a problem with patterns. I was emailed the patterns in PDF format. On the positive side there was a prompt reply once the issue was raised.”

“as I stated in my e-mail I was totally disappointed in the Royal Blue as I started to crochet it started coming out of the centre of the ball, it caused a lot of waste and entanglement, all other wool has been o.k. W Ball Mrs”

“I have just opened my parcel from you as I had it delivered to my daughter (I don't live in uk at the moment).I was very happy with the colour and quality of the wool but I was very disappointed to find that there was no free aran pattern included. The reason I ordered the wool was because of the good deal the free pattern made it. I hoped to knit both my grandchildren a sweater. I know I filled in the code and sent it within the time limit, so what happened? I hope you can still send it to me.”

“I felt the double knitting wool felt more like 4ply and the wool was substandard as I had brown bits through the wool.”

“Price was good and postage free if you spent over a certain amount. Wool looked good but can'y say I'm impressed with quality as when I wash it there was lots of fluff on the garment which made it look like I'd washed it several times. I also bought a brightly coloured mixed wool but some of the colour was missing or very faded in places which was disappointing. It's OK if you are making baby clothes for hospitals where the garment is only washed a few times and then disposed of”
