“Yarns proper 'ransome. Wish the pattern could've been a choice between pdf or paper, as I would have had a paper copy for my elderly neighbour as my printer wasn't working and she doesn't Have one.”

“Wool is lovely, haven't used anything else since I found them over 5 years ago. This time I was slightly disappointed with the delivery of my order. It was placed before 11 am on a Thursday, wasn't marked as dispatched until the Sunday and it was finally delivereda while week after delivery. This when I'm used to a 48 hour delivery”

“Part of my order was not the actual shade I had thought it would be from the picture on the website. I rang them up they immediately agreed to take it back and refunded the price and postage asap. I was very happy with my interaction with the company”

“The lemon yarn you sent me was ok but it was thinner than the previous yarn in lemon,i would not describe it as DK yarn. lt was lovely and soft and was not useful to me as it will take a lot more yarn to crochet a long line cardigan”

“WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD ONLY WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT YOUR SITE LET ME ORDER ALL MY WOOL,TOOK PAYMENT THEN TOLD ME SOME WAS OUT OF STOCK.THEN CANCELLED MY WHOLE ORDER INSTEAD OF SENDING ME THE WOOL THAT WAS IN STOCK A LOT OF PALAVA UNTIL I EVENTUALLY GOT MY IN STOCK ORDER A LOT LATER THAN EXPECTED”
