“Good wool at a good price, however I received a substitute wool to the one I ordered and it took a while to arrive.”

“Very quick delivery once I had amended my order after the quantity of wool I required was not in stock. Delivery on a Sunday too which is impressive! I ordered the £1 yarn for a giant blanket for my son and I am very impressed with the quality of this yarn, I will definitly be using again.”

“order arrived within a few days. Wool had been substituted for a different make to aid speed. Half the order colour was slightly different (lighter) but I decided it was too much hassle to return. Black is black so that was fine. No problem with the wool but colour not quite as expected”

“Great value yarns, as a crafter its wasn't always possible to find the wool I want or the colour. But since shopping with Marriner I've no trouble at all. Well done Marriner.”

“first time ever there has been wrong yarn delivered in package, only part of order. remedy quick and conveyed quickly so we knew what to do. have been a little confused re colors in and out of stock so briefly, makes order date seem a bit like a lottery.”

“I ordered the crocodile blanket kit and it arrived within two days, however the yarn was the correct colours etc but the pattern was incorrect. I contacted the customer service team via email and the very next day I received the pattern to download. So all in all excellant customer service.”

“Unfortunately Marriners were let down by their carriers who lost the first parcel! However the second package arrived within 3 days of being dispatched. Otherwise the service would have qualified for a “ very good “ report. The quality of the wool supplied is excellent”

“Delivery was very swift. However, I was disappointed that we received Robin wool instead of the Marriner wool ordered. I know I could have returned this wool, but I particularly wanted the light yellow wool, and had not been able to find this on any other site - which is why I specifically came direct to the company itself.”
