“Mermaid yarn is feels soft and is easy to knit with. Lovely colour mix which was rue to the photo on the website so you know what you are getting. Very quick delivery - 5 stars if it could be delivered in non-plastic packaging!”

“Ordered two cones to use on my very old knitting machine that has not been used for over 30 years, I have only knitted the front of a jumper so far but it is knitting well, I am pleased to see that you do lots of colours so I may well order from you again. I have recommended you to my friend and she has ordered some wool, she is a hand knitter,the delivery was very good, I got my order in just a few days .”

“Nice wool very soft to touch, I do think it doesn’t feel quite as thick as some double wool I have used but other than that am happy with it and will be ordering more”

“I usually only use Marriner yarn now, it's such good value. BUT I must just mention I'm a little bit disappointed with my latest Chunky Yarn as it has several knots in it. However this won't put me off buying it in future”

“I love using Marriners cotton DK. The delivery time is very good and the yarn excellent quality. I'm using it to design a crochet cover for a canvas jute bag. I've got several different colourways at different stages at the moment. I'm looking forward to showing the finished project very soon. If I had a compliant, I would say I'd like more colours in this range. I'm missing the azure/green and some other blues would be nice. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase. Thanks for the offer of a knitting pattern but I'm afraid I don't knit!”

“We run a knitting group which is why we buy your yarns. The ladies are thrilled with them.I also buy for a friend of mine who has children. She finds the yarns wash so well the garments can be handed down from one child to another as they grow. I also make some lovely blankets for babies in Africa, with your Mermaid double knitting yarn. The random colours make them so serviceable in places where washing facilities are limited. Mrs J T Le Page”

“A computer glitch caused several problems which delayed the order (otherwise 5*), but the staff were polite and helpful and the yarn is really soft (& very good value).”

“Its good I found that website to order but many of the colours i liked at the begining are now out of stock which makes me feel dissapointed as i cant finish my projects”
