“The quality of the wool is great and the price is good however I received my order and one of the balls has blacl on it. I have sent an email 3 days ago and still waiting for a reply.”

“Wool is usually of good quality last batch I received some of the wool was very knotty had to cut and restart which left me with having to do a lot of tidying up.”

“Very quick service considering the current situation. Rather disappointed that the mix pack I ordered did not contain a black.or white ball as needed and ecpected and had 4 mixed yarns when expected all plain colours. Thought they may have doubled up on a colour ,however I suppose its chance taken. I won't to it again.”

“Love the softness of the Super Chunky and the Double Knit 100g balls.The midget 25g balls are coarser yarn but perfect for toys. Packaging and delivery was excellent.”

“Over all I am very pleased with my order, the multicoloured ball of wool had a different label with the name of Mermaid written on it, it says it is double knit but I found it to be thinner than all the others”
