“Going to start on a negative, my first order was lost by a certain delivery service and after emailing and sorting out another order I waited just over a week from start off emailing to getting my second order, so that's why only 4 stars and not 5. But now for the positive well packaged and a lovely assortment of colours, looking forward to starting my little projects. Friendly staff and quick to solve problems. Good prices too which is always a bonus”

“Very good service as yet I have not started knitting with the wool, but I’m sure I shall be satisfied. My only problem is I think the postage is rather high and one must spend£25 for free delivery.”

“As it was a especial pack which I thought , to make a rainbow I was a little disappointed that the colours was not right, the green, and no indigo, needed to use other yarn to make it is for my grandchildren. But I do love your yarns and very good value for money Thank you”

“My order went missing. After about 2 weeks I contacted customer service to find out where it was. Something had obviously gone wrong when placing my order but Rani sorted it and I received the yarn within 2 days. The yarn is lovely quality and I will definitely order again .”
