“My one and only 'go to' on-line yarn shop. Love the DK and although there have been recent price increases it is still value for money. Easy to order and always quick delivery. Only problem is stock control as often colours are out of stock.”

“I was happy with your Customer Service when I gave my order. Always happy with your yarn. However - I am very unhappy about the Knitting Pattern I paid for!! I was supposed to "download" this. I am unable to do this and unable to print it. Why on earth can't you send the pattern. I do not agree with computer patterns and it cost me money.”

“I ordered some baby soft Mosaic wool which came very quickly in the circumstances the only thing I was unhappy about was that there was not many colours to choose from,I guess that was because you may have had problems with deliveries”

“I’ve spent lots and lots of money on DK yarn throughout lockdown (oops!) but sadly not from Marriners. I’ve looked at most UK yarn supply websites and it certain that Marriners cant be beaten in price but............the choice of colours is just so limited at the moment. I’ll keep checking for stock & will definitely buy from you again.”

“After submitting a review I was contacted immediately by Customer Service Team who are forwarding to me a supply of light coloured yarn in response to my disappointment with the bumper pack which, on this occasion, contained darker shades which are not suited to my knitting toy project. “Great value wool. Ordering is simple and delivery is reliable. Occasionally do not have needed colours. For example double knitting black. But a trustworthy on line shopping experience which I will continue to support”
