“Processing of my order was lovely and quick but the time it took to be delivered to me was disappointing. Dispatched the day after my order but then did not receive it for over a week and a half. I think you need to review the delivery service.”

“The wool l wanted was out of stick so received a replacement. The colour was the exact same and lovely to crochet with. Love Marriner wools as the colours and choice are brilliant.”

“I had run out of wool that I was using and did'nt know what to do but I thought it might be worth looking on the web site of the wool I was currently using. I emailed the company with the details they got back to me straight away my wool was delivered to my local Shaws the next day.Brilliant service.MmM”

“Mariner Yarns deserves a 5*, however for the second time in a row the delivery was abysmal. The first the parcel left at the doorstep and my wife was in - no knock or bell rung. This weeks delivery we were both in and car on drive. This time it must have been thrown on the front garden as we were in the front room and again no knock on the door. I should add we have a Welsh Corgi :-) and if anyone knocks her presence is heard,”

“I was very pleased that Marriners replaced part of my order with another brand of wool to save waiting but very disappointed with 1 choice as it was to complete a cable garment I had nearly finished and it didn’t match”
