"I scheduled a 60-minute massage at the Concord NC location. It clearly says $85 on the pricing tab right where you schedule. I was charged $145 when checking out with some very quick explanation of the $85 being a first time charge since my first massage there was in Dec 2023. I have had massages in many different states and have never paid $145 for a 60 min massage. This is clearly illegal and a scam."
