If I pay $130 for a 60 minute massage...I would like a 60 minute massage. They take off 10+ minutes because you have to fill out meaningless Paperwork where most of the questions are irrelevant. Ashe Wellness & Spa gives you Every minute you pay for and LESS THAN $100 Would NEVER return

I set up an online appt for my daughter who has severe migraines. I had to cancel the appt 45 minutes after setting it because she needed to go to the ER due to dehydration. I called to cancel and they were less than sympathetic and would not return the payment. They said that it was important to pay the masseuse (remember I had just scheduled the appt). I understand the cancellation policy but they were cold and very rude about the situation during a very high stress situation. I will never go back!

I’m really annoyed with their cancellation policy. I missed an appointment and instead of taking a pre-paid credit they charged my credit card again. I had 3 prepaid credits. This is their cancellation policy - note it is only available on the messages they send to confirm an appointment - it’s nowhere on their website. I opted out of their messages because I was getting a message every other day that my masseuse had an opening. They always called and left a reminder message but they didn’t do that. I’ll be canceling my membership. I’m fine with taking a pre-paid credit but charging my card so that I continue to have unused credits is beyond comprehension.

I’ve been a member since this location first opened, and it used to be decent. Unfortunately, over the last year it has gone completely downhill. You can never get an appointment. I’ve tried repeatedly, weeks and months out, with no success. Meanwhile, they continue billing me every month. I now have nearly 10 months of paid services banked that I haven’t been able to use. To make matters worse, if you cancel your membership, you lose all that money. So you’re stuck paying for services you can’t schedule, or forfeiting hundreds of dollars. That feels incredibly deceptive. This membership has become a complete rip-off. If they don’t have the staff or availability to support members, they shouldn’t be selling memberships. Do NOT recommend joining.

Massage Envy Turnersville NJ they started "promotion" calls saying they are different better etc and its more of the same! Sloppy unprofessional staff appearance can't get appointments based on your time, no forward thinking for example when getting multiple services they insist you dress and change rooms instead of placing you in a room that is conducive to both services and the providers move. This is unfortunate because my initial experience with ME in Charlotte nC mallard creek/prosperity church road location was phenomenal. Turnersville NJ is the worse I was sick with covid 19 called stating i need to reschedule they charge me for the service then at my reschedule time they demanded I pay...total train wreck

My mother took me to purchase a massage for me as a gift in December 2024. In May 2025, she called me and realized they had been charging her card every single month for 17 months. No one called or emailed or anything about the fact that we had never once used the membership, and she did not remember signing up for the membership at all. I called them and asked them to immediately stop billing her. So they said because I "canceled the membership" , they would not honor any of the accumulated monthly massages that she had paid for over 17 months. Disgusting.

Tried to book a massage at collierville location. It was booked and I get to my appointment only to find out it didn’t go through. Online appointments don’t go through and they only have massages at germantown. That’s so sweet one your one day off without kids and a failed system.

The Camarillo, CA location does not have a sink in the esthetician room. They do not have germicidal spray or solution for the implements. They do not have facial sponges for the clients. It is a required law to have a sink in the esthetician room. I was hired and let go before even starting as I mentioned these things to the manager who extended the invitation to let her know about these things, as I am a former esthetician instructor and well-informed about these protocols. Managment did not have the courtesy or maturity to contact me directly, or answer my calls or emails to them to explain their decision. Ultimately, I am glad I am not working there, as it is my license, too. They need to update their protocols and for goodness sake, install a sink and have facial sponges for clientele. A package of 100+ costs less than twently dollars.

The massage was not good at all. The therapist talked a little much. I had used the remainder of my gift card for salt stones, and they didn't have them. So I choose extra time on my legs and all I felt was 2 towers that were lukewarm.

I scheduled a massage last month. I was very much looking forward to the appointment, and an hour before it was scheduled to begin, I received a call stating that they needed to cancel. They offered to reschedule. While I understand that emergencies can occur, I am a bit disappointed, as this is a business, and I would have expected them to have alternative arrangements in place.If I would have definitely not giving any star.

Massage envy is charging me for a membership I cancelled within two days. One month later massage envy dacula Georgia they charge me for a monthly fee and said it was an error. The next month they charge me again. It takes 10 days to process my refund. One month I can understand but two months ths is theft!!! The owner James was contacted both times and not helpful or apologetic at all!!!!
