This platform appeared trustworthy, but after I made my investment, I was unable to access my funds, and all communication with their support team was cut off. I was devastated, thinking my savings were lost forever. Hardly used massage gun. bought in 2020. .it charges but won't switch on. I'm guttered tbh. It's charge light is green.meaning fully charge however as soon as I remove the charger lights Don't come back on with in switch and there no light on panel,.however this goes if I turn machine on while it is on the charge. Only did this while.checking out why it wasn't going.

Although tge gun is great, if you are sore snd requiring fast delivery it wont be from massage guns. In my experience be prepared to wait an xtra week. So disappointed, and still sore. Although they added an oil, i wouldve preferred the option to buy elsewhere and recieve earlier with these sore muscles. Grr! Still waiting!!

Ordered a gun and it didn't work, returned it 3 weeks ago and have not received a replacement unit yet

STILL HAVNT RECIEVED OUR MASSAGE GUN YET......nearly 2 weeks!!! Expected to hear back this morning but NOTHING....... Would like a refund if not forthcoming today. ๐Ÿคจ
